Episode 1: Welcome to the very first episode of The Growth Edit. Today, I am starting off by laying the foundation of my story: where I came from, what I carried, and how I began to find my way back to myself.
In this episode I open up about growing up in a house shaped by addiction, the loneliness I carried into adulthood, and the health collapse that brought me to rock bottom. At my lowest, I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis, arthritis, nerve damage, and multiple herniated discs. That season of physical breakdown became the turning point that sparked my healing journey. Along the way I share what I have learned about nervous system safety, why mindset work alone is not enough, and how faith, small steps, and messy beginnings helped me rebuild.
This is just the beginning, a glimpse into my story and why I am so passionate about this work. There is so much more to come in future episodes, but today is about laying the groundwork. I am so grateful you are here and tuning in.
