Bio:
Clara Langrall earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training through Alchemy Community Therapy Center. She provides individual and couples therapy, as well as KAP, at The Juniper Center. Clara’s approach is humanistic, relational, and holistic. She offers compassionate, collaborative care, helping clients build insight, align with their values, and navigate challenges meaningfully. Her therapy is tailored to each individual and draws on a wide range of modalities, including client-centered, strengths-based, harm-reduction, psychodynamic, CBT, Gottman, and integrative practices. She works with emerging adults and adults facing life transitions, career stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, and family-of-origin dynamics. In couples therapy, she supports partners in deepening empathy and improving communication.
