Love to hear your take aways. Send me a message.

What if, for the next 15 minutes, you gave yourself permission to simply receive?

Last week, we explored the idea that flow isn't something you find—it's something you allow.

This week, I'm inviting you to experience it.

This guided meditation is designed to help you quiet the noise, soften your grip, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and return to the natural flow that's already within you.

Whether you're beginning your morning, taking a mindful walk, sitting in your favorite chair with a cup of coffee, or simply needing a reset in the middle of a busy day, this meditation is here for you.

And here's something I hope you'll remember:

This isn't an episode to listen to once.

It's one to save.

To come back to again and again.

Because flow isn't a destination we arrive at—it's a relationship we nurture. Every time you return to your breath, your heart, and your inner knowing, you strengthen that relationship.

In this guided meditation, you'll:

✨ Release the mental noise and tension of the day
✨ Visualize healing golden light flowing through your body
✨ Practice letting go of control and trusting the next step
✨ Reconnect with your intuition, peace, and inner wisdom
✨ Leave feeling grounded, open, and ready to move through your day with greater ease

If this meditation leaves you wanting to explore flow more deeply, I'd love to have you join us in August for our Book Study Seminar as we journey through The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron.

Together we'll spend four weeks exploring creativity, intuition, trust, play, and authentic self-expression—the practices that help us create lives with more flow.

Welcome back to Midlife Fantasy. I'm your host, Celeste Tona, teacher, writer, speaker, and guide for women who are ready to rise into their next chapter boldly, soulfully, and unapologetically. Hey, hey! So last week we talked about flow. And I said to you guys that it's not something you find, it's not something you chase, but it's something you allow. And we explored the idea that flow is our natural state, and that often the work isn't creating more flow, it's removing what blocks it. You know, the fear, the overthinking, the need to control, the stories that we tell ourselves, right? To have everything has to be figured out before we take that step. So today I want to give you an experience of flow. Not another concept, not another lesson, an experience. So before we begin, I want to tell you something. This episode isn't meant to be listened to once. It's meant to be a companion, a place that you can return to whenever life feels noisy, when your mind is spinning, when you're carrying a little too much, or when you've simply drifted away from yourself. You know when that's happening. In fact, I hope that you'll save this episode and come back to it often. Listen to it on the mornings before you start your day to help you feel grounded. Listen to it during a walk. Listen to it when you're facing a decision. Listen to it when life feels beautiful and flowing. And listen to it when it doesn't. Because flow isn't something we achieve once and then we keep it forever. It's something we return to again and again. Literally, that's what being in flow means. It is continuous, like an infinity symbol, always moving, always connected, never stopping and starting. Just like breathing, just like we return to our breath to regulate our nervous system, just like we return to prayer to feel that connection with God or the universe or source or spirit, just like we return to ourselves. My hope is that this meditation becomes one of those places that you can come home to whenever you need it. So settle in, take a deep breath. If you're driving, just listen in, and then you can save it for later, and you can do it in a more comfortable setting with your eyes closed. Okay, let's begin. Find a comfortable position. You can sit upright in a chair or rest outside in the sunshine, or simply settle into a quiet space where you won't be interrupted. And when you're ready, gently close your eyes. Take a slow breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your mouth. Again, breathing in and breathing out, allowing your shoulders to soften, relax your jaw, unclench your hands, let your tongue rest gently in your mouth. There is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing you need to accomplish, nothing you need to solve. For the next few minutes, simply allow yourself to receive. Take another slow breath in. The emails, the responsibilities, the expectations, the mental to-do list. Just let them drift off to the side for now. You can come back to them later, but right now, this moment belongs to you. Take another breath in and out and bring your awareness to your heart. You can place your hand over your heart if that feels comfortable. Your heart has been beating every second of every day. Without your effort, without your control, without you managing it. This is flow. Your body already knows how. Your breath already knows how. Life already knows how. Allow yourself to remember that. Now imagine a beautiful golden light above your head. Warm, gentle, loving. This light is wisdom. This light is peace. This light is guidance. This light is God. Imagine this golden light slowly pouring down through the top of your head. Like warm sunlight, like liquid gold, moving through your mind, softening those busy thoughts, softening the overthinking, softening the need to figure everything out. Allow the light to move through your forehead, your eyes, your cheeks, your jaw, releasing tension, releasing effort, releasing control. The light continues down your throat, inviting your authentic voice to emerge, inviting truth, inviting expression, inviting trust. Allow it to move into your heart, expanding warmth, expanding compassion, expanding love. Feel your heart glowing and growing more spacious, more open, as if every breath is creating a little more room inside of you. Now allow this golden light to flow into your chest, your belly, your hips, your legs, your feet. Every cell is illuminated. Every cell is nourished. Every cell remembering. You are connected. You are supported. You are guided. You are not separate from the flow of life. You are a part of it. Take a slow breath and bring to mind an area of your life where you've been gripping tightly. Maybe it's a decision, a relationship, a dream, a goal, a challenge. Don't analyze it. Simply notice it. Notice where it lives in your body. And now imagine placing it into that beautiful golden light. As if you're placing it into the hands of something larger than yourself. You don't have to abandon it. You don't have to stop caring. You are simply releasing the need to carry it alone. Take a deep breath and silently ask yourself, what would it feel like to trust the next step? Not the whole staircase, just the next step. Pause. Breathe. Listen. There is nothing to force, nothing to chase, nothing to prove. Just this moment. Just this breath. Just this next step. Now silently repeat after me. I am open to flow. I trust the timing of my life. I allow life to support me. Again. I am open to flow. I trust the timing of my life. I allow life to support me. One more time. I am open to flow. I trust the timing of my life. I allow life to support me. Now simply sit in the energy of those words. Breathing. Receiving. Allowing. Imagine yourself moving through the rest of your day with a little more ease, a little more trust, a little more spaciousness, a little more flow. Notice how that feels. And now that this feeling is always available to you, not because life is perfect, but because your connection to yourself is always available. Take one final deep breath in and a long slow breath out. Begin bringing your awareness back to the room around you. Notice the surface beneath you. Notice the sounds around you. Gently wiggle your fingers. Move your toes. And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. Take one final deep breath and let it go. Thank you for spending these few minutes with me. And before we go, remember this meditation will meet you differently each time you listen to it. Some days you'll hear exactly what you need. Some days you'll simply enjoy the pause. Some days you'll notice something you didn't hear before. That's the beauty of a practice. So save this episode, come back to it often, and allow it to support you through the busy seasons, the beautiful seasons, and everything in between. Because flow isn't a destination, it's a relationship. And relationships deepen every time we return to them. And if you're feeling called to explore flow more deeply, I'd love you to be a part of our August book study seminars where we journey through the artist's way together. Four weeks where we'll be exploring creativity, intuition, trust, play, and whatever it means to create a life with more flow. I'll include all the details in the show notes below. Until next time, keep being bold, keep being audacious, and keep making room for what wants to flow through you. Bye-bye.
