DeAnna Byrd


DeAnna Byrd is a storyteller at heart with a mission to uplift and inspire. As the creator and host of the "Stories From A Woman’s Heart Podcast," she provides a platform for women to share their personal journeys, highlighting God’s unwavering faithfulness in every season of life.

A native of North Alabama, DeAnna is also the author of
Devotions From A Woman’s Heart: Encouragement and Inspiration. When she isn’t writing or recording, she can be found enjoying life with her husband, Mike, their six adult children, and six grandchildren. To her family, she is affectionately known as "Grammy Dee Dee," a role she treasures above all else.

Michael Byrd

Michael is the proud husband of DeAnna Byrd, the host and creator of the Stories From A Woman's Heart podcast. When not helping edit and produce the podcast, Michael is a freelance camera operator and director of photography. He also has an independent film production company, Byrd's Loft Films.

Michael and DeAnna call North Alabama home and enjoy their life together with their adult children and grandchildren.

After enduring a near-death experience and becoming disappointed with the traditional church structure, she found restoration and a renewed purpose within a community of like-minded friends dedicated to sharing Jesus’ message through filmmaking. Beth’s life embodies endurance through suffering, an unwavering relationship with Christ, and a transformed ministry that channels personal pain into a healing art that proclaims the Gospel. Her story is one of survival, renewal, and a passionate commitment to spreading faith through the powerful medium of film.

Carrole Hedges

Born and raised in the heart of the South, Carrole Hedges is a proud Huntsville, Alabama native. She is a woman of faith and a devoted wife, mother of four, daughter, and friend. While she and her husband have recently embraced the empty nest phase, their home is far from quiet thanks to their four "fur babies"—a happy pack made up of three dachshunds and one cat. When she's not hosting friends and family at home, Carrole loves spending quality time with her husband and grown children, or planning her next relaxing beach visit.

Ebie Adkins

Ebie Adkins is an award-winning actress from eastern Kentucky known for bringing redemptive stories to life. She earned her Ph.D. in Communication from Regent University in 2018 and has trained with the Thompson Approach Mastermind and the Nashville Studio of Method Acting. Ebie is the lead actor and producer of the faith-based series Gone (Echo TV, 2024) and its companion feature film. She also serves as a casting director for Echo TV in her hometown of Frenchburg.


Beyond acting, Ebie is a college instructor and a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. She and her husband, Adam, founded Dwaiting Ministries in 2008 and are active in Misfits on a Mission. Passionate about service, she enjoys local outreach, fishing with her brother, and quiet time at home with her husband and pets.

Lacey Howard

Lacey Howard is originally from Frenchburg, KY. and currently lives in Flemingsburg, KY. She attended college at Morehead State University where she gained her BA in Theatre and Art. She has been happily married for 12 years, loves the Lord Jesus, and is Mom to her most amazing and miraculous special needs son, Cooper.

Patty Williams

Patty Williams is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life reflects resilience, creativity, and renewed faith. She has spent her career helping others find their voice in a professional calling that mirrors her personal journey of rediscovery. Patty finds great joy in family  but her path has been marked by the profound loss of two of her sons. This heartbreak initially strained her relationship with God, as grief clouded her hope. However, through faith and perseverance, she has embraced the truth of moving forward with Jesus. She believes that healing happens when one is open to it, and that living with intention honors those we have lost. Patty has been active in community theatre and recently took on a recurring role in the series Gone by EchoTV Studios. These experiences have provided a platform for expression and a community that helped renew her faith. Patty shares her story to offer hope and light to women navigating their own seasons of grief.

Tracy Hutchins

Tracy has been a wife to her best friend of 34 years and a mother to three amazing kids. She had the privilege of being a Gigi for six months to her precious angel granddaughter Scottie Jo, who is now in heaven. She has lived in the Huntsville, Alabama, community for over 20 years and has been blessed with amazing friends. She is also a local realtor in the Huntsville area.
