What happens when you push yourself beyond what you think you’re capable of?

In this episode of Brave Moves, Julie DeLucca-Collins shares the powerful story of Roxanne Gray and her experience completing Everesting 29029, a physical and mental endurance challenge where participants climb 29,029 vertical feet in 36 hours, the equivalent height of Mount Everest.

This challenge took place in Whistler, British Columbia, and required participants to repeatedly climb a mountain until they reached the total elevation of Everest.

But the real story isn’t just about endurance.

It’s about overcoming self-doubt, building mental toughness, and discovering the strength that comes from doing hard things.

Roxanne signed up for this experience not to compete against others, but to challenge herself and prove that she could push beyond her limits.

Her journey offers powerful lessons about resilience, personal growth, and the mindset needed to keep moving forward when things get difficult.

If you’ve ever struggled with self-doubt, faced a big personal challenge, or wondered how to build confidence through adversity, this episode will inspire you to keep climbing your own mountain.
