Hi Simon and Kate, I have a tidbit of sleep information. Reading at bedtime is awesome, but if you read more than 15 minutes you are in danger of your naturally occurring melatonin dropping and the cycle is 45 minutes before it will lift again making you sleepy! My awesome GP told me that so I set an alarm for 15 minutes. Then I do a meditation through my sleep headphones if I have company or just on my phone on speaker if I'm on my own. Meditation science reveals that the length of the meditation needs to be more than 12 minutes to make a difference to your relaxation. Works for me every time! Cheers Karen
