This week on the Forkin' Good Podcast, Simon and Kate are back together after Simon’s Vietnam adventure for a completely unfiltered catch up covering everything from teeth, handbags and Vietnamese coffee… to behavioural change, recycling trolls, gut health, cancer awareness, and why we seriously need to talk about poo more.
The conversation dives into:
• Simon’s trip to Vietnam and the surprisingly calming chaos of Saigon
• Kate’s work turning online trolls into advocates
• Why behavioural change matters in health and waste reduction
• Upcoming Gut Foundation conversations around bowel cancer awareness
• The importance of listening to your body and getting checked early
• Mental health, CBT therapy, stress, family illness and perspective
• The moments in life that remind us what actually matters
It’s funny, emotional, random, honest, and probably one of the most real conversations we’ve had so far.
If this episode makes you laugh, think differently, or reminds you to book that health check… share it with someone who needs to hear it.

They're not purely white though. Well, they're whiter than what they were before.
SPEAKER_02Well, they were pretty horrendous before. They were chipped, they'd been used. You know, they've had quite a few years of being used, Kate. That's why they have. They've done they've done the hard yards. It was time to give them a little bit of loving and upgrading. And I've gone for the non-Purly White, the non-game show car salesman, look at me. And Hazel, when I got home, she approved. Oh, did she? Yeah, she said they look natural.
SPEAKER_00Oh, that's good. Yeah. They do look natural. I d I said to you, they do look natural. I can't stop looking at them though, because they're just like they're such nice teeth.
SPEAKER_02They're just beautiful, aren't they? Yeah. Do you know I learned all about flossing? And it's kind of a weird thing to talk about, isn't it? But when you f most people floss and they just go straight up and down, where is it actually supposed to get two hands and I don't know how you explain this so people won't understand, but you've got to go around the tooth so you get up and you follow the shape of the tooth so it gets in to the gum. Oh yeah. Yeah. Which I didn't know. I'd always just sort of flossed up and down.
SPEAKER_00Oh, it's because you thought you're just taking out what's between. Yeah, but not going deep. Yeah, you've got to get around and follow the curb of the tooth. Because I use those little sticks, you know, that you in between your teeth.
SPEAKER_02Well, they weren't raving about those. Yeah. They were saying that flossing is better than those.
SPEAKER_00I think you're supposed to do both. Yes. Yeah. Probably are. So stick things in there, give them a good brush, and then round.
SPEAKER_02You're wondering what the hell we're talking about. I've just been to Vietnam to do a food recce that sort of ended up being getting my teeth sorted out, a couple of implants done, because it's way cheaper than getting it done here, right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So.
SPEAKER_00And so Simon's called in to my place, because I'm actually hitching a ride with him to Auckland because I've got to go to Napier this week. But he's called in and he's met the emotional support dogs, which are Brody's dogs, which are muffin and bingo. And he's trying to steal bingo, but uh honestly, you need to get on YouTube and watch us.
SPEAKER_02They are the cutest dogs. So cute.
SPEAKER_00So we've got one each. Yeah. And so yeah, it's been it's yeah, it's been a kind of feels like probably a month since I've actually seen you. Like we've seen each other just about every week for a while there, and then we've talked well, we've talked on the video about your experiences in in Vietnam, but yeah, now back to real life and caught up with Hazel. Yeah. Hazel was happy to see you.
SPEAKER_02Yep, she was happy, and I was super, super happy to see her.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So that was cool, and I bought a couple of pairs of pants in Vietnam. Oh, nice. So that was shorts, little short type jean pants. So they got the seal of approval.
SPEAKER_00That's all that matters, Simon. Yeah. Making sure that you get there. And it's good that you got the seal of approval because that means you know what she likes, which is good.
SPEAKER_02We'll see if she wears them, right? Because she's very polite. So she probably would have just told me she liked them whether she didn't. But I got a big hug, so that was good. But yeah, no, we'll see if she wears them, so that's pretty good.
SPEAKER_00That's a good idea.
SPEAKER_02Not my specialty shopping for girls. Well, I bought a few handbags on my time. That didn't work out too well for me just quietly. You know, I used to go away and come back with a handbag, but um I think Well, you didn't bring me back a handbag. Well, yeah. Well, you your husband can do that, eh?
SPEAKER_00I've got a friend who gets handbags made in in like in China, and yeah, he has thousands of handbags, and I've got one off him so far, so yeah. I love handbags though. Handbags? You're a handbag girl? Yeah, but it's really hard to find the right handbag. Like you've got like doesn't it just have to say something fancy name on it? No, I'm not big on the names. I like functionality.
SPEAKER_01Right.
SPEAKER_00Like it needs to be able to I've I struggle to find one that holds everything in a way that you can find stuff. Because you always see ladies and they're like digging in the bottom of the handbag trying to find something. It's I hate those handbags, like bucket bags, drive me nuts. I like very organized handbags. Like I want to be able to put my phone there and my ear pods there and all of that stuff and know where everything is. So it's probably just as well you didn't get me a handbag because I'd probably be like, it's this shit handbag.
SPEAKER_02Okay, well, all right. So just to set this record so I did actually buy some handbags over there. Because I was in the I was in the you know the the handbag shop and and I thought, oh Hazel would love this. So I did a little video of all these handbags and said, Do you want me to get you a handbag? Because she hasn't got a handbag. Yeah. Sent it the video to her on WhatsApp, and then she came back with a picture of a handbag and said, Oh, one like this, but it doesn't have to be this brand. So, of course, I went on a mission to find that exact handbag. Do you know how many handbag shops I went to? So I succeeded and got the right handbag. Oh, you're a good dad. And then I saw another one, and you know, Chrissy, who lives in my barn, she I saw this handbag and I thought, that kind of is a Chrissy handbag. So I sent her a video and said, Do you like this handbag? And she said, Yeah, buy it for me, I'll pay for it. And anyway, so I bought that handbag as well, and I put a bowl of Saigon Gin in there. Oh, nice. Because I found you know this incredible looking bottle, and just because it's an incredible looking bottle doesn't mean it's any good. So I found a bar that was selling Saigon Gin. So I had one gin tonic while I was away to see if the gin was any good, and it was actually really good.
SPEAKER_00So well, no doubt you'll get to partake in that as well. I'm sure Chris Chrissy's always keen to share a gin. So you did get some shopping done.
SPEAKER_02So I got some shopping done for other people, which was great, and and I've come back, hit the hit the ground running. I did pre-cure in your neck of the woods last night. Yeah, I'm not even gonna try and pronounce the name of the city because I did a little filming thing on Instagram driving down saying I'm going to Toronga. How am I going? Toronga. To Ronga. Yeah. Is that right? Toronga. Yeah. Well, apparently I pronounced it right, so I just got brated. And then I was driving along and on my street, which is like a a private road. Yeah. And I had uh Choose Your Hard, the book that Grant Schofield's just put out. Because I was going to do precure last night and I was a guest speaker there, and I started showing the book, but and then everybody's at me, but oh, I'm a terrible driver, and how dare you drive without taking hands off the steering wheel. But the thing is, with my mini countryman, it actually drives itself. So they all need to get stuffed because the car was driving itself, and it was not even it was maybe four or five seconds. I just flipped through to try and show them the bot. But you can't win, right? No. So I actually did block a couple of people on Instagram yesterday because they yeah, because two people were just having an unnecessary go. I thought it's tiresome, isn't it? Well, it is, but it's like, you know, I'm trying to share all the stuff and show people what I'm doing. If they're not interested, then don't be on my channel. So I'll I'll make the decision for them. Good on you. I tell you what though, the Vietnamese coffee, we talked about it on the other podcasts, but I bought some Vietnamese coffee beans back. So I'm gonna make one of those for you later today when you come up to Auckland.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I can't wait. That sounds amazing. But it's funny, isn't it? Because I so last week I was at the Wasteman's conference, which was all about waste and obviously waste. And it was quite interesting because I did a talk at the conference about turning trolls into advocates. How do you do that? Well, because it like in my obviously you see the comments I get and they're cooked. Yeah. But I put one up yesterday, Auntie Kate's angry. So What did I say? Auntie Kate is angry. Yeah, yeah, because uh everybody calls me auntie on Facebook, you know? Yeah, whether they're taking the piss or whatever, so I'm just running with it. But it's funny because you're you're this whole thing you're starting with the behaviour change stuff. That's exactly what I do with recycling. And so I was talking to councils and organisations about how to turn trolls, people who you know have a go, into an advocate. Because that's one of the things I do like in my socials is I make angry videos and I make happy. And it doesn't matter whether you can make an angry video and they'll be like, Oh, it'd be nice if that woman smiled, and then you can go to my other videos where I'm smiling all the time, and they're like, Well, why don't you tell people properly? Like, you can't win. So it doesn't matter what you do, people are just gonna have a go, Simon. You can't help it.
SPEAKER_02Well, I tell you what, talking about behavioural change, so last night at Pre-Cure in Toronto, the incredible Dr. Louise Schofield was talking about behavioural change, and she absolutely captivated me with her story as a child at seven, struggling through life, and then finding the swimming pool and becoming a competitive swimming swimmer, and not always winning. Yeah, and she talks a lot about you know, it's not about the finish line, it's about the start line. Yeah. So we have to get her on. She runs precure with Professor Grant Schofield. I was a guest speaker at their event last night. So they train coaching, health coaches. Yeah. It can be on health, it can be on behavioural change, they're incredible. What they're doing for New Zealand is amazing. That's cool. But I think we should reach out to Dr. Louise Schofield and get her on one of our podcasts. I think people will love it because we all want to change something. Oh, yeah. There's not a person out there who doesn't have something they want to change.
SPEAKER_00Well, and if they do, they're probably telling everybody else what they need to change because they think they're perfect.
SPEAKER_02Quite possibly. But anyway, so I'm sure Louise will come on and I know that people will absolutely love listening to her story and and give some tips on behavioral change, how you do change things. And it'll be good for you with your waste thing, getting people to go, you know, I need to make a contribution to the saving this waste and recycling and all that sort of thing.
SPEAKER_00Well, it's all about the future generations, and it's not just from like a waste angle, it's also like we've talked about with health, like the health of people. And when we talked to Professor Grant about the the like started talking about the microplastics, and we have to continue that conversation on with them, but you know, the stuff that's actually happening now that will have a huge impact on our future generations that aren't even here yet. So I think there's a lot, and and I think that's where we would had a chat catch up this morning about what we're gonna what who we're gonna interview and where we're gonna go over the next few months, because this week we were supposed to be with the gut foundation, but we had to change that to the end of June. So but we're wearing our badges.
SPEAKER_02So we've got our badges, and mine says give, and then it's a pic give A, and then there's a picture of the Pooh emoji. Poo Poo emoji about your gut. So it is so important, gut health, and given we in New Zealand have the worst outcomes in the world with this, it's gonna be a great podcast.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah, it's gonna be awesome. And then I've got one that says Cordero Pooh emoji saves lives, so talking shit saves lives, basically. Because people don't like talking about, right?
SPEAKER_02It's one of those things, oh, you know, my poo's changed. You know, it's not something you bring up, but a lot of us might have a poo change and we don't want to talk about it, but we should be going to our top doctor and going, my poo's changed. Yeah. We just think we've got a bit of a bad run or whatever, but then they find out that they've got gut cancer and it's too late. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00And you've got to be aware of it, and that's like even in the in the bathrooms at Totong Airport, there's always they have this, it's been there for years, but it's around, it's got a blue strawberry on the back of the door, yeah, and it says some things aren't meant to be red. And that's it's like it's talking about urine. Like, because if you've got they're trying to, you know, blood in your urine. And I and it's always like every time you go to the toilet, it's right there in your face, you know, going, oh, yeah, no, that's a good point, good point. I also think they should just have like big shit emojis in there, you know, like just like going, you know, if you're if your poo changes, then you need to talk about it. Because that's the thing, it's like you go through and I men are terrible, Simon. Way worse than girls. Yeah. Because you know, you don't sit there around having a beer at you know the pub and with your mates and go, oh, anyway, anybody noticed that they've they've poo's changed lately, whereas women will talk about it, like you know, well, you know, when it comes to breast cancer is a big one for ladies, you know. And they'll generally now, because there's been so much talk about breast cancer and the pink ribbon and all of that, they'll talk more freely about it. But it's it's funny how like all these things can we get somebody on to talk about tits then?
SPEAKER_02That sounds who's gonna that's more up my alley than the poo talk.
SPEAKER_00No? Oh dear. Sorry. So just it just yeah, wait. Well, you know, we'll I'll I'll definitely do some research and find out somebody to come and talk about breast kids. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well, we need to talk about these things because that's what our podcast is about. It's about talking about the stuff that other people are not talking about. And I'm constantly saying to my mates now, you know, if your shit changes, yeah, take notice of it and do something about it. Talk to somebody about it, it's important. But anyway, we've got it's gonna be a fascinating podcast talking about shit that you know Yeah, can't wait. Well, if we if we help one person, then it will have been worthwhile, right? Well, I mean, get one person to think about it. So for all the girls out there listening, get the guys to listen to the podcast when we do the gut foundation. So we're it's coming up in the next what two or three weeks?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, uh end of June. End of June, yeah. There you go. So we're yeah, because I they've got this whole campaign on this week, uh this month, around talking shit, and then I think it's Bowel Cancer Awareness Month next month. I think that's there's the two months back to back. But yeah, super cool organisation. And so definitely, you know, looking forward to catching up with them and having a chat about that. Because even I've had my own bow issues, which I won't go into today. I'll talk about it in the podcast. But you know, it's I think it's one of those things that you do I don't know whether it's like with women, like d when it comes to talking about things. I I remember as a very young person, like you have smear tests, and that that's one of the things that freaked me out. Like, men don't have to go through a lot of the stuff that women have to go through, Simon. And and it's not like it's something that a lot of people don't like talking about either. And I think women have got better at talking about things, but I think what like the moment you have a baby, you don't care anymore about talking about anything because you're like being there, had a baby, like everything's exposed, and next time you go in for a smear or whatever, you're just like, Oh yeah, whatever. But it's funny how up until like you've had an event or a time where you've felt like it's a vulnerability sometimes, I think, you know, like you feel vulnerable talking about it, but then you're sitting there talking to a doctor who is looked at so many. You know, I remember meeting a gynecologist once, and I said to her, What a what a job and she's like, Oh, you know, it's no different like being a gynecologist to being a bowel surgeon, or you know, like the guys who get excited about doing colonoscopies, or the people who get excited about doing mammograms. Like this they are actually quite amazing people, and they because going in for mammograms is something I have to do regularly. And the the women there when you go in to get a mammogram are amazing. You know, we've got such a good health system. We really are quite lucky that there's there is a lot of availability, but you have to go or make the effort yourself when you get a a notification to book or whatever, you've got to do it.
SPEAKER_02Well, just talking about colonoscopies for a second, there's generally quite a waiting list to get into one, and they're very expensive. I think you know, thousands of dollars. But I know that when we have this podcast with the Gut Foundation, they'll be talking about there is another test that can be done that has virtually no waiting list and is better and a fraction of the cost. Oh, really? So there's one good reason to tune in for that podcast.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I think as well, like the other thing from that is that side of it is if there's any history in your family of bowel cancer or breast cancer or anything like that, you really should be making sure you tell your doctor because then you get on a list and you're you're referred through the public system regularly.
SPEAKER_02Right, that's fantastic, isn't it? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, because I get I get every two years get a notification about breast screening. Right. So you you know, and I just make sure I immediately book because otherwise I forget because I'm too busy. But those things are just important, important, you know, for for our general health, you know, just knowing what's going on.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. I think I don't know, there's so many different health things out there, isn't it? And given our poor outcome in New Zealand, we need to focus on more of that stuff on this podcast. Love to hear what people think about that actually. What you know, what subjects in health that you'd like to hear about because we do have access to some very incredible people who can talk about it and educate us all on it. Yeah. So let us know in the comments people you'd like to get on. What you know, the subject that you'd like us to find out about and dive into.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02About health.
SPEAKER_00And any questions that you'd want to ask as well. You know, like I've already got questions for the gut foundation, because you know, I've I've had diverticulitis, and you know, there's and and the interesting thing is that things constantly change too. Like the constant research, the always learning more. It's the same with cancer treatment and things, you know, there's always new stuff happening in the space. Whereas I go back like it must be twenty something years ago when my mother-in-law passed away from breast cancer, and the technologies that are in place now are so different from back then. And she was only 56, 54, or 56. But it's it's all those things like just a awareness, awareness of things, and it as you get older that's one thing I've been realizing, because this week my dad ended up in the hospital and he's still in there, but you know, all of a sudden when you when you're faced with that, you realise life's really short. Yeah. Like it's so short. There's no second chances. No, and it's like you've only got one body, and you really need a like they always say, you know, your body's your temple, but sometimes we don't treat it very well.
SPEAKER_02Well, you can't trade it in and get a new one. No. Right? If you bugger your heart, it's pretty hard to get a new one. Um as is a leg or whatever. So, you know, we need to look after this body that we live in because we just can't trade it in.
SPEAKER_00No, no. So important. So yeah, we're gonna do a bit more health exploration.
SPEAKER_02Can we talk about I think I'm pretty excited in a s in a sad and happy way of the podcast that we're doing next week. Do you want to talk about that or you prefer not to?
SPEAKER_00Yeah no we can I think yeah that's gonna be pretty cool. I think it's gonna be pretty emotional. Yeah I think it will be very emotional. Yeah. I asked Simon because I've got my auntie Barb who's like my she's like my mum well she is my you know pretty much is my mum and she is not like she's got been going through cancer treatment and there's not a lot that she can do now and so I asked Simon I was like oh can you possibly come down because my auntie's my biggest supporter I talked about her on Mother's Day you know and and I asked Simon because it was her birthday last Friday and I said to Simon Oh could you come down and cook her lunch because she just loved to meet you. So she's got a few and I was going to surprise her but then I was just like no I'm just gonna Oh does she know? Yes she does know. Okay yeah so you're looking forward to it very much so yeah I I messaged her the other day and I got her address wrong and and so because I'd forgot the name of the road so she she responded with the other dress I was like nope she's making sure Simon's gonna make it to the right place. So we're gonna go down and we're gonna cook her lunch with a couple of her friends next week. And I'm looking I'm looking forward to that it's gonna be you know like those are the the the time and again for me it's the time spent with people. Yeah just is so important.
SPEAKER_02Being present right yeah I I cooked for a guy once who a young boy who was terminal and it was probably one of the emotional ones I've done that you go boy and I invited all the all the family in and I put a big spread on for them and they just had this wonderful family event yeah that you know unfortunately the young fellow is not with us anymore but I think there were some pretty good memories made that day.
SPEAKER_00Yeah yeah and I think that's the that's part of like you know with with finding out about my auntie and and then dad being sick and you know and I've stress and everything else that I've been going through this last few years all of a sudden you just go whoa there's some this there's a lot of shit that really doesn't matter that you worry about and the things that do matter are the things that you need to be present for. You know like and that's something I've been learning because like she's just agreeing with me giving big the emotional support dogs.
SPEAKER_02You have to you have to if you if you get a chance to jump on YouTube and watch this episode these dogs are so cute.
SPEAKER_00Oh goodness Bingo's just she's she has been a very good emotional support dog for me for the last two years haven't you these are actually Brody's dogs but they come to work every now and then and they had a sleepover last night you're wondering who Brody is Brody is not another dog Brody Brody works for Kate and he pretty much is my my manager. Yeah right hand person right yeah he's been with me for twelve years it's pretty cool since he was 17. Wow that's fantastic so yeah it's pretty much yeah well it's like maybe we can do a podcast with him one day we should actually what's it like working for Kate Yeah you have to do that without me there so that you can be really honest. No I think you know one one of the things I've I've certainly learnt in the last few years is that there's there's you know there's a lot of stuff that you worry about that you can't control and you need to just you know not worry about them. So I've actually been getting like a chill pill yeah well I've been getting CBT therapy cognitive behavioural therapy which has been quite helpful just to try and you know go through and categorize things. Have you had C C BT therapy? It's really fascinating because there's it's just really introduces you to the things that you can control and the things you can't and your thought patterns about things. So CBT so it's nothing to do with cannabis? No.
SPEAKER_02I always thought it was okay there's no cannabis I thought you were going and sitting smoking big fat doobies with a bunch of mates and doing over stuff cake probably work just as well but I don't do any drugs so doesn't the CBT stand for something with cannabis or am I way out of line here?
SPEAKER_00I don't know No that isn't it something oil. Is that what it is okay is it C or maybe it's no I don't think it's CBT oil. Maybe I've got CBT wrong.
SPEAKER_02Well we know there's I know there is cannabis oils that are good for different things and you rub it on and it helps back pain and all of that sort of thing. My dad tried some on his legs in his final sort of time and it helped a little bit with it. But yeah there's yeah okay CBT work okay you need to research that more and come back to us on that Kate is it C B Ah I can't remember there's something oil I don't I can't I don't know what it's called when you've been telling me you've been doing the CBT train I have literally been thinking that it's something to do with smoking marijuana or something and I'm not sure it's kind of like Kate really It's actually a therapist Right okay there you go okay everybody's laughing at me right now I get it it's okay. Well if you haven't done it you don't know what it is because I never knew what it was until I until I went and got it maybe but I I never thought it was anything to do with cannabis oil or smoking doobies I tell you the the biggest chill pill that I got to take away from Vietnam and I reckon I I did take a chill pill over there is when you see all the traffic and we've sort of talked a bit a little bit about this but yeah there are motorbikes everywhere there are cars everywhere way more motorbikes than cars yeah and they're all scooters and you see you know one guy driving along he's got the TV on the scooter and then somebody else goes past and they've got the entire family I saw you know a guy with three kids on a scooter on a scooter yeah and all but and there are there are essentially no lights over there and if they are they mean absolutely nothing and you get to these massive big roundabouts in Saigon and just everybody's coming nobody sits there and looks to the right to see if somebody's coming like we do they just go and it all works and then if you're crossing the road and you just walk out across the road they all drive around you and I didn't see an accident over there I'm sure there are accidents but nobody's honking their horn whereas here in New Zealand people we've talked about we have you know people honk at the slightest little thing so that was quite relaxing for me to see a bunch of people that were just making it work without having to have road cones no honkers no road cones. I saw one road cone the entire time I was there no bus lanes no I mean you know I think the Auckland City Council has completely destroyed New Zealand with all this planting and we all have to be on bicycles and things but anyway that's getting political and I'll get in trouble. But it was might get some comments Kate shall I really go there no don't go there I can't talk about did you hear that thing that got leaked about the Labour Party? No did you not hear that no I know well the TV didn't really play it but I heard it on the radio and there was a recording done of one of their you know Labor Party meetings and it was pretty horrendous the things that were being said and somebody leaked the recording and you know one of the members was standing up there singing a song and it was all about horses or elephants or something and you know had taking having a crack at Nicola in the National Party it was unbelievable. It was terrible I think Labor supporters might be reconsidering after listening to it.
SPEAKER_00Oh that's a bit of a shame and well it is election year but we're not going to get political on our on ours because otherwise people get you know that just opens a whole nother can of worms doesn't it but I'll just throw it in there I quite like David Seymour I like him because he stands up for things and and last time I I David Seymour came into my deli and I stretched a few pizzas with him and took a photo and put it on Instagram my God did I get attacked.
SPEAKER_02Yeah and then I thought I'm gonna go on to David Seymour's Instagram and see what people and it's just you think you get a heart man and you know they just they can't win no matter what they do.
SPEAKER_00I've been asked several times if I join a like go in as a as a like an MP and I'm just like nah I can do more doing what I'm doing now than I could ever inf inflict change as being a a member in a political party but I did meet the Minister for the environment last week at the conference which was very cool. She's very very very very well spoken yeah really and I I I felt like she was for the first time in a while I felt like there was somebody who actually was interested in learning. You know they get all these different portfolios and because I think we were looking it up and I think she's a minister for women as well but they get all these different portfolios and and like unless you're a like in politics you don't really understand like all that stuff you know and what they have to do. And I mean they have amazing people who work under them but in those different categories but she was actually really cool and yeah and she she follows me or watches my videos so I was like that's cool. Yeah I was I was like oh that's so cool.
SPEAKER_02Oh she's hearing you give her a shout out right now but we probably just lost half our subscribers after me saying I like David Seymour. But yeah but they probably weren't subscribing anyway so it doesn't matter well and people should subscribe because that's why we do it.
SPEAKER_00And yeah we'd love we'd I I think you know it's actually just a random ass podcast this week because we just sort of we're like what are we going to talk about? Because we haven't talked to each other properly for ages so we just do our usual and just Well we should probably stop right now. Yeah we probably should because otherwise we'll just keep talking and trying to catch up on everything that's been going on for the long time.
SPEAKER_02We're just talking a bunch of shit getting everybody prime for when we talk about it when we talk about shit yeah as in look out for your poo changing well that that's probably enough shit talking for today right so thanks everybody that's another fucking good podcast with Kate Wick and Simon see you guys next week oh it's so good at talking shit
