This breath, this pause, this space. Life moves quickly. Thoughts move quickly. Energy shifts throughout the day. And yet right here you can begin again. Take a steady breath in and let it go slowly. Feel the quiet reset happening inside your body. The past few minutes fade into the background. The next few hours feel open and spacious. You are here. You are present. You can choose your next step with clarity. Right now you can start fresh. Right now you can reset your tone. Right now you can move forward calmly and steadily. Take one more deep breath in.
