Now imagine yourself exactly where you are in your life. Nothing to fix, nothing to figure out. Just this moment. And in front of you there's space. Open. Quiet. Unwritten. You don't need to see what comes next. There's only one thing available right now. A single step. Notice that feeling right before you move. That pause. That edge of something new. Let it be there. And when you're ready, take one small step forward. Feel that shift. You're still grounded, still safe. And now something has begun. Stay with that for a moment. That quiet knowing that change doesn't come from doing everything at once. It begins right here. With one step, one choice. One moment where you decide to move. Take one more deep breath in. And out.
