Thank you for listening!
Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie, and right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow breath in through your nose and gently release it through your mouth. Feel the support beneath you. Notice how your body naturally settles when it's allowed to. Take another easy breath in and out. There is no rush here. This moment has its own pace. Now imagine yourself walking along a wide open path. The path is smooth beneath your feet. Nothing pulling you forward, nothing pressing you from behind. Each step happens naturally, one after the other. Simple, unforced. With every breath, feel that same steady rhythm inside you. A quiet forward motion. Comfortable. Reliable. You're not trying to get anywhere fast. You're simply continuing breath by breath, moment by moment. Let your shoulders soften. Let your jaw relax. Let your breath move freely. Picture yourself moving through your day with this same ease. Doing what's in front of you at a pace that feels right. Steady progress doesn't hurry. It unfolds exactly as it should. Take one more deep breath in. And a slow breath out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole. Thank you for taking this minute to heal with me. And I'll meet you here again soon.
