Take a deep breath in through your nose. And release it slowly through your mouth. Feel the air move through you like a steady wave. Soft yet strong. Power doesn't always look like force. Sometimes it's the quiet steadiness that holds you together. Even when life feels uncertain. With every inhale, feel strength building in your center. With every exhale, let go of any need to push or to prove. Notice the ground beneath you, supporting you. Let that support travel up through your legs, your core, your spine. Rooted, steady, hope. You can be calm and powerful all at once. Gentle and grounded. Soft and strong. Take another breath in. Imagine that calm power expanding through your whole body. Your heart steady, your mind clear, your presence unwavering. This is your strength. Quiet, confident, and unshakable. Take one more deep breath in. And out.
