Thank you for listening!
Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie, and right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a long slow breath in through your nose. And exhale softly through your mouth. Let the weight of the day begin to fade. You've done enough for today. You've given enough. Thought enough. Carried enough. Now it's time to rest. With every inhale, breathe in calm. With every exhale, release the tension that's still clinging to you. Let your body settle deeper. Shoulders soft, jaw loose, belly relaxed. Feel yourself sinking into the surface beneath you. Supported, safe, and still. Imagine the day rolling off your body like gentle waves receding from shore. All that happened today. The conversations, the thoughts, the effort. It can rest now. Just like you. You don't need to solve or analyze anything in this moment. You just need to breathe. Inhale peace. Exhale the day. Let your breath grow slower. Quieter. Lighter. You are safe to rest. You are allowed to stop. You are enough. Even in stillness. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here, calm, steady, and whole. Thank you for taking this minute to heal with me, and I'll meet you here again soon.
