Awakening The Senses
SPEAKER_01The start of a new day. Waking up the senses. Feeling from the inside what it's like to be fully alive right now. Right here in this body. I can begin by taking a few deep breaths. In through the nose, and out through the mouth. Expanding the lungs. Releasing tension. Straightening your posture. And feeling alive. Waking up the body with the breath. Sensing what it feels like to be alive. Feeling the sensations in your feet, in your legs.
Calm Strong Focused Mantra
SPEAKER_00Waking up the belly and the back. Expanding the lungs and the chest. Feeling the aliveness in your shoulders, in your arms, your hands. And feeling the energy move up your neck and into your head. Waking up. Starting the day with positive energy. Breathing throughout your whole body. And repeating the words calm strong focused. And so you are calm, strong, focused, feeling more and more alive and in control. Calm. Strong focused.
SPEAKER_01And now gently looking ahead into the mysterious expanse of the day ahead. Imagine some moments of goodness or joy that can happen during your day.
Care For Body And Heart

Imagine a couple of opportunities to take care of your body today. Taking care of your body. Envision an experience that feels nurturing to your heart. Nurturing your heart. And imagine a time when you can be fully mindful, fully aware of your experience without judgment during your day.
