Welcome And Intention
SPEAKER_00Welcome to the Mindfulness Exercises Podcast. My name is Sean Fargo. Today we're going to be doing a guided mindfulness meditation exploring the practice of gentle awareness. We invite you today into this simple, sacred act of softening into the present moment. Right here, right now. We're going to be learning how to breathe with our body, noticing how our heart responds to this experience of being here with these sensations and emotions. We'll be approaching each sensation, each emotion with a sense of gentle peacefulness, allowing these feelings to be here as we breathe. And inviting a sense of quiet presence that stays with us long after the meditation ends.
SPEAKER_01Just gonna close my door real fast. Sensing into the whole body as we breathe. Exploring different sensations around the body, noticing how the heart is relating to this experience. This gentle awareness of this experience. Can we relate to this moment with a sense of peacefulness?
SPEAKER_02Allow us acceptance this gentle awareness breathing in this body moment to moment.
Body Breathing And Whole-Body Sensing
SPEAKER_01And again noticing how the heart may be relating to this moment to this experience.
Heart Awareness And Acceptance
SPEAKER_02This gentle awareness. Allowing ourselves to feel whatever we feel to notice new layers of this experience and finding a sense of peace with presence. And may we bring the same quality and gentle awareness to each moment and to each emotion and sensation and to our hearts for the rest of our lives.
SPEAKER_01Maybe taking a deep breath or to be orienting to little wiggles in the body with sounds and temperature around us. Touch points of our body on the ground or the seat.
Bringing Gentle Presence Into Life
SPEAKER_02Slowly reconnecting with our community whenever you're ready.
