Chel HamiltonGo ahead and make yourself comfortable or take a walk. Whatever you want to do actually will work just fine with this affirmation meditation. If you'd like to close your eyes, close your eyes, or stare at a spot, or just do what you're doing. Take a deep breath in through your nose, breathing in deep, deep, deep, deep, and exhaling through your mouth. Follow that with a few more deep breaths in, in, in, and exhaling, maybe even stretching or wiggling a bit or moving your head from side to side as you breathe in, deep in, in, in, and exhaling, breathing in deep, deep, deep, deep, and exhaling through your mouth. Next, what I invite you to do, and if you want to get some energy into this, you can move your body in whatever way makes sense. Or if you prefer just to stay in a more calm, relaxed state, you can do that as well. What I'm inviting you to do is to do whatever feels best in the moment during this meditation. So with that, let's take one more breath in together, breathing in, in, in, in, and exhaling. As you settle in, I invite you to think about how good it would feel to have a really good day. To have that kind of energy and positive attitude, staying solution-focused no matter what crap gets thrown at you. And that's really what having a good day is all about. It's about your ability to stop, take a breath, and choose to reset into a powerful positive state, no matter what other people or places or things or situations are occurring. So imagine what would that be like for you if you could just create your own powerful positive state, that good day feeling, no matter what was happening? How would it feel? Is there an energy to it? Are you kind of beeboping about, or are you calm and centered? And there's no right or wrong, just go with it. Is there a color that would be involved in you having a good day? Good day energy, good day energy. What's that color? What's that feeling? Breathe it in, imagine it all around you, and you are the one creating it. You're wrapping it around you, you're swirling it around you. That good day, good day, good day feeling and color wrapping it all around you, breathing it in. And exhaling it too. Because it is in you and you are full of it. You breathe it in, you let it out. Now imagine no matter what happens in your day, that you're able to do that little pause, that little stop, take a breath, and imagine that good day feeling, that good day color wrapped all around you, and you're breathing it in and you're exhaling it out again. And you say to yourself in your mind, and repeat this after me good day, good day, good day. Good day, good day, good day. And maybe even say it out loud right now if you can, and add a little smile to it. Good day, good day, good day. And now repeat this one too. This is a good day because I choose to create it and recreate it every step of the way. This is a good day because I choose to create it and recreate it every step of the way. This is a good day because I choose to create it and recreate it every step of the way. And now repeat this one too. No person, place, thing, passing feelings has the power to take away my good day, good day, good day. No person place things passing feelings has the power to take away my good day, good day, good day. And now repeating it all together along with me. Good day, good day, good day.
