Miss the podcast terribly! Been down here in FL listening to you for probably 3yrs. Nothing brings relief the way a quick 10 min meditation. Recently I’ve lost my job and heavily been relying on all episodes I’ve downloaded. I hope you are well and return soon. Thank you for all the years of podcasts!!!
