This meditation helps you clear the stress and mental heaviness out of your body and mind by imagining it washing away and then filling your body with sparkling, revitalizing energy. This is the Meditation Minis podcast with your host, hypnotist Shell Hamilton. Go ahead and make yourself comfortable. You can do this meditation with your eyes open while walking, just not doing anything that requires direct attention, like driving. But you'll probably find for the deepest experience it will work best if you just give yourself permission to relax and close your eyes. Beginning by taking a couple of deep breaths in through the nose, breathing very, very deep, filling your lungs as much as you can, and then exhale through the mouth with a sigh. And continuing that for a few more breaths, breathing in deep, deep, deep, deep, and then exhaling with a sigh. And as you do that, imagine that you are just breathing in good cleansing energy and air and exhaling whatever feelings or thoughts do not serve you right now. Releasing stress, cares, worries, fear, frustration, and doubt. Now imagine for a moment if you were to step into a shower that was just the most perfect shower for you, that allows you to become energized. What would that shower be like? Maybe it's a warm shower, maybe it's a really cold shower, maybe it's a very powerful shower, maybe it's like a soft rain. There's no right or wrong. Just ask yourself if you were to imagine that a shower were to fill you with energy, what would the temperature be? What would the water pressure be? What would it feel like to put your hand in it? What would it sound like in the space that you're in? Maybe this is a shower that's outside someplace. There's no right or wrong. Just pick the best shower for you in temperature, location, water pressure that would feel just so cleansing and energizing. Imagine yourself putting your hand in the shower and feeling it, just testing that water pressure and water temperature. Maybe there's a smell to this shower. Do you notice that? That energizing smell? And if it smells like flowers or chlorine or whatever it is, don't worry about it. Don't judge it. Just imagine it to be true. This beautifully energizing shower that's just right for you. Imagine yourself stepping fully into that shower. Maybe your face first in the water. Maybe you turn and have it run down your shoulders. Maybe you do all the things. But as you imagine yourself in that shower first, just imagine that that shower is easily and effortlessly washing away any tension, stress, frustration, doubts. Just washing them away. And as those things that no longer serve you are washed away, leaving you fresh and clean, now the shower is truly able to begin to energize you. Because you've released the things that were blocking you and holding you down, and now you can take in that beautiful energizing energy from that shower of water running down your body. It may even feel as though it's moving inside of you, as though it's actually clearing out your brain, clearing out your throat, clearing out your heart, clearing out your gut, clearing everything out and filling you with this beautiful energy and vitality from head to toe. And imagine yourself looking down at your toes, looking down at your fingertips, and see them sparkle and shimmer with this beautiful energy. And that sparkle and shimmer is moving throughout your entire body from head to toe as you feel that energizing flow. Take a few breaths in, really locking in that sense of energy, that sense of vitality, that sense of renewedness. Imagine yourself going through your day with this beautiful energy of the shower, remaining with you throughout. And any time throughout your day, if you experience challenges with your energy, imagine yourself in your mind just stopping for a moment, taking a few deep breaths and reconnecting to the feeling of that shower. That feeling of washing away the fears and doubts, and that feeling of the energy filling you completely from head to toe in that sparkling energetic flow. And then imagine yourself just a few breaths later, you're ready to continue on with your day, taking that energy with you along the way. And see yourself going to the end of your day, feeling really good, clear, and ready to wind down for your evening so that you can get good rest, waking in the morning to better be your best. Each and every day, in so many ways, getting better and better all of the time. As you prepare yourself now to open your eyes and go on with your day in that place of flow, of energy, of vitality, and sparkling glow.
