Take three deep breaths and just allow a little sigh on the exhales. Signaling to your body and mind that we're going to very quickly and easily now begin to relax and unwind, to let go for a time. And so just let them go and let yourself focus inward, drifting down into that flow. And imagine what it would be like if as you're drifting into that flow, you're also drifting into a beautiful movie theater. And it's just you, and it's a gorgeous theater, and the seats are just the way you like them the best. And as you kick back and relax, you see up there on that screen, you near the very end of your life. And just imagine that you near the end of your life, and in front of you, you have this big book, and you're flipping back through the pages, and on every page there are snapshots. There are little movies that run, there are letters and notes and things that you remember, and every page of this book shows you the important happy memories of your life. Now, some parts of our life have more memories that are happy than others, and that's fine. If your book has some little sections that are slim, that's okay. Allow yourself just to imagine yourself. You're sitting in that movie theater and you're seeing that older you, and they're flipping back through that memory book of your own life, smiling and enjoying it too. And notice what's important and what's not. Or was it more the connections, just having fun, taking a walk, or having some hot chocolate perhaps with the people you love? Focusing now on those positive things, and let any other doubts just set them to the side, let them fade away. As you take a few more deep breaths, and when you open your eyes more focused on what's important, and finding it easier to let go of the distractions that just really don't matter at the end of it all. And those things that we remember at the end of it all. The smiles, the laughter, the stranger with the wonderful hug. And when you open your eyes, just feeling a little better, a little clearer, more relaxed, no longer as suggestible to all of those outside influences about what this time of year should or shouldn't be. Just take a deep breath and focus on those little connections, those loving moments, and a time to reflect and renew. That is the season now that belongs to you.
