Beyond the Table
Beyond the Table is a podcast for high-achieving women who are ready to do more than manage their stress — they're ready to actually release it.
If you're the one holding everything together — at work, at home, in every room you walk into — this space was created with you in mind.
Each episode goes beyond surface-level wellness to explore what genuine restoration looks like: not just recovering from burnout, but reconnecting with yourself beneath all the roles you carry.
You'll find practical, grounding content you can return to again and again:
- Guided meditations for stress and emotional release
- Grounding exercises for everyday use
- Self-discovery tools rooted in real wellness practices
This isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about creating space within your life — and learning to inhabit it.
Every episode is built on a simple framework: Reset. Reconnect. Realign. Each one is designed to bring you back to yourself with more clarity, more ease, and more steadiness.
You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to wait until you're empty. You just have to be willing to pause.
Subscribe and come back to yourself — one episode at a time.
Beyond the Table is hosted by Adriane, licensed massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, and owner of One Healing Touch.

Mindset Lesson | How to Stop Judging Yourself and Practice Self-Compassion | I Choose Compassion Over Judgement
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if the way you speak to yourself is the very thing keeping you stuck?
In this Mindset Lesson, Adriane explores the pattern of self-judgment—how it shows up, why it feels so automatic, and what it actually costs you over time.
Because for many women, judgment doesn’t just sound harsh—it sounds normal.
It shows up as overanalyzing, second-guessing, and holding yourself to standards you would never expect from anyone else.
This episode offers a more supportive approach.
Not avoiding accountability— but learning how to respond to yourself in a way that allows growth without constant pressure.
In this episode:
— How self-judgment shows up in everyday thoughts and reactions
— Why being hard on yourself doesn’t actually create better results
— The difference between awareness and criticism
— How to shift into a more compassionate, grounded internal response
— A simple way to interrupt the cycle in real time
This week’s affirmation:
“I choose compassion over judgment.”
If you’ve been feeling stuck in self-criticism or constantly questioning yourself, this episode will help you create a different internal experience—one that supports change instead of working against it.
Subscribe so you never miss a Mindset Lesson—and share this episode with someone who tends to be hard on themselves.

Welcome to the end of the table. I'm your boxwell. License, like your teacher, and owner owner. Let's get to today's episode. Take a moment to settle into stillness. Let your shoulders relax. Let your breath deepen. And allow yourself to be present in this moment of reflection. Today's lesson invites you to explore the power of compassion in the conscious choice to act from understanding rather than judgment. We'll examine why compassion matters, how it can stretch you, and the ripple effect it creates in your relationships and the world. The intention of this session is to help you step into daily life with a heart that sees, honors, and connects, choosing empathy over quick conclusions. When you're ready, let's begin. The affirmation I choose compassion over judgment is a conscious declaration. It reminds you that every time you pause, breathe, and seek understanding, you are creating space for connection, growth, and stillness. Compassion isn't always easy. Choosing compassion can stretch your emotions and test your patience. It may make you vulnerable or leave you feeling misunderstood, but it also invites depth, healing, and meaningful engagement with the people around you. So why does compassion matter? It builds deeper, more authentic connections. It heals misunderstandings and men's relationships. It challenges biases, it encourages personal growth, and it fosters a more empathetic, peaceful world. Compassion is not excusing harmful behavior. It's choosing understanding over assumption, humanity over harshness. In a culture that often rewards judgment and quick opinions, choosing compassion is radical. It's saying, I will not see the cycle of harshness. I choose to see the humanity in others. In the ripple effect, every act of compassion inspires more. Kindness spreads, understanding grows, hearts soften. Even a single compassionate choice can create waves that reach far beyond what you see. Choosing compassion over judgment is choosing connection over separation, growth over stagnation, and love over fear. It's a daily practice in a powerful way to shape the world. One moment at a time. Carry this intention with you as you move through your day and let it guide your words, your actions, and your presence. Well that's the episode. If you enjoyed it, enjoyed it, share it with everyone who needs it. And subscribe. Take care of yourself. Not as a reward, but as a but as a practice.
