Start your morning strong with this simple, protein-packed breakfast. In a bowl or container, whisk together:
- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1/2 peeled banana (reserve some for topping)
- 1 tsp Basil or Chia seeds
- 3/4 c Unsweetened almond milk
- Maple syrup
