Hello and welcome back to the podcast. Today I wanted to do something a little different than my usual episodes because I'm actually sort of at the tail end of creating something that I'm super excited about. So recently I took like an administrative break from life. I took a consecutive days off work and I really just embraced a lot of nothing. I read, I laid out in my backyard and got some sun. I went through some, you know, old things, got rid of things, purged things. Um, we had like our washer broke and it had to get repaired. Then our TV broke and we're like in the process of finding a new one. So this time off was like restful. It was busy, it was very productive. And it also gave me a lot of time just to kind of reflect on the growth that I've experienced in my coaching business, the growth here on the podcast, the growth that I've experienced on Instagram. It allowed me to explore a new partnership with a brand. And I don't say all those things to sound like one of those obnoxious, braggy people online. I say that because it has always been very hard for me to talk about accomplishments that I have achieved, goals that I have set that I have successfully crushed. And in doing all of that, it kind of resonates with me that people are interested in coaching, people are interested in the faster way, people are interested in my client results, but they need kind of a way to look under the covers, if you will, before they buy. And so instead of, you know, continuing to just talk about it, I'm actually carving out some time to host a webinar where I actually show you what it's like to work with me. Um, we will go through several things. And so today is kind of a highlight, you know, a sneak peek, if you will, of what this webinar on May 15th is going to look like for you. So I'm hosting this at 8 o'clock Pacific time on Friday, May 15th. And I'm going to be upfront honest with you. I had to charge something, and here's why. Instagram is full of a lot of weirdos. I'm just going to be honest with you. There's a lot of bot accounts, there are a lot of odd people out there, and I want this to be unique and special and honestly safe, and people will want to show up to. So I had to include a nominal charge. It's$4.99. And here's what you're going to get. I really want you to get, like I said, a view, an idea of what it's like to work with me. And instead of teaching like this full strategy, I really wanted to share with you today what I'm doing this. Um, you're probably like me, you're inundated with stuff on social media and you're trying to piece things together, different programs, different advice. And honestly, just feels like a lot, even for me. And I want to say this in a really honest way. Most women that I work with are not unmotivated. They are not lazy. They are not inconsistent on purpose. They're actually doing a lot. They're just doing too many different things at once. And I don't know if it's like an inherent distrust because everything you see online, you're like questioning if it's really real. Um, but I do think even women who follow a program and are successful, there is kind of that like nagging thought in the back of their mind is am I doing enough? So what happens is maybe if your progress, let's just say your progress has sort of stalled, you're falling back into, I'm just gonna eat less for a little bit. And then maybe I'll just switch up my workout plan. And then maybe I'll start retracking, and then you feel overwhelmed and you stop everything, and then you start again. And that cycle is so exhausting mentally for me, for my clients, honestly, for anyone, because you feel like you're always starting over. And over time, that just starts to feel like maybe I just don't know what I'm doing. But that's not the problem. The problem is you lack structure holding everything together long enough for your body to respond. And I hear this a lot with clients, with coworkers, with friends, and I realize something that I think is really important. Most people don't need more information, they don't need another workout plan, they don't need another diet, they don't need another recipe using cottage cheeses protein, they don't even need more motivation. What they actually need is clarity on what to do and simplicity in how to follow it. So you need clarity on what to do, and it's gotta be simple in how to follow. Because once things get too complicated, consistency disappears. And I'm telling you, you could be the most type A person, and this will ring true for you. So the training that I'm hosting is really about pulling everything back to basics in a way that actually works in real life and showing you and demonstrating to you during that time, if you're willing to show up, what's possible. And I also feel like a lot of people, even if you watch my reels on Instagram or my stories on Instagram, it's nice just to connect with someone. So let's walk through what I'm actually going to show you on May 15th because I think this is where it starts to click for people. So we're gonna start off with just an introduction. We're gonna talk about my history, I'll talk about the clients that I coach, and then I'm going to actually show you a very simple workout you can follow. I'm literally going to display my screen and we're gonna watch a snip of a workout. Our workouts are truly what keeps people in the faster way and keeps them engaged and consistent. We offer so many variations. Every single workout has someone who is pushing the weight limit, has someone who is modifying using bands, using body weight. There is a demonstration for each move, every single move that is done in the app. So when you're like, I don't know what a Bulgarian split squat is, you can go to the workout and tap the video that shows you exactly what a Bulgarian split squat is. Nothing in our workouts are so intense or so complicated that it requires a perfect schedule or someone who's mastered strength training to see your body start to respond. It is that consistency that matters more than intensity when it comes to fat loss and weight loss. Then we're gonna walk inside and look at the app that our clients use, that my clients use, that I use every day. And I think this part is really important because most people assume weight loss and fat loss is about willpower. But so much of the time it's actually about decision fatigue. Because when you wake up and you have to decide what to eat and what workout to do and how much to do and when to do it, like in addition to everything you have to do throughout the day, you're drained before you even start. So let's walk through what my morning generally works looks like. I get up a little before five, and I am someone who loves to have coffee brewing when I get up. I I am that cliche person that goes to bed thinking about coffee. So if you're someone who's like, she's gonna tell me I can't have coffee in the morning, please know I'm not gonna tell you to do that. I'm gonna take tell you to make the best decision for your body like I do for mine. And coffee is just how I like to start my day. So I walk out to my garage and I push play on whatever workout is on my app on my home screen for the day. I do not think about what workout to do. I do not think about what methodology, straight sets or supersets or time under tension is going to give me the best results. I'm gonna push play, and these workouts have changed my body. Um, I will tell you the minute you let someone else help you decide what to eat and the workouts to do, I'm telling you the mental load release is incredible. So we'll talk in the webinar about how structure removes that decision fatigue and how it can really change everything for you. I'm also going to share with you a brand new meal guide. I want to be really clear about what a meal guide does for me and for my clients. They are not overly strict and they are not unrealistic. In full disclosure, the general fundamental principle of the faster way is to be gluten and dairy free. If you are someone who comes to the Faster Way and you tell me, I love my sourdough bread, I'm not gonna give it up. I love my cottage cheese, I'm not gonna give it up. I love my Greek yogurt, I'm not gonna give it up because people tell me that all the time. I will say to you, you might want to consider trying eliminating it for the first few weeks to see if it reduces inflammation in your body. And if it does not, reintroduce it. But I will tell you time and time again that when clients make those personal decisions for themselves, they don't feel like they're in deprivation anymore. They feel like they're in control. And again, make the best choice for your body. These are meals that I actually make at home that my family eats. I'll talk to you about my strategy around making a common protein. I'll give you examples of meals we eat and meals that don't require you to leave in a completely different world to get results. They don't require 50 ingredients that are too expensive because I think food gets overcomplicated so often. And the truth is, consistency matters way more than perfection when it comes to fat loss. I will say this over and over again. So, why should you come? Why should you pay the$4.99? The purpose of this is super simple. I want to help you see what fat loss actually looks like when it's simplified. And the best way for me to show that to you is in this sort of like carved-out time in everyone's schedule where we're just talking about this. I could never convey all of this in an Instagram story or in an Instagram reel. And if you're someone who wants that connection, who wants to ask questions, who wants to engage and interact, this is the perfect way for you to do that. This is not going to be overwhelming or extreme. And you'll see that when you aren't starting over every Monday and you have structure just enough to finally build momentum, you will see the results that you're after.
