In this standalone meditation of The Holistic Ritual, we’re softening into a gentle practice designed to help you reconnect with the quiet, subtle sparks of joy that already exist around you.
This season can feel magical, but also tender.
Loneliness, nostalgia, seasonal depression, and emotional heaviness are common companions as the days grow colder and darker. This meditation helps you drop into warmth, stillness, and the tiny moments that bring your nervous system back into ease.
Together, we’ll settle under a blanket, rest into the body, and practice noticing joy in its simplest, softest forms… the joy that whispers instead of shouts.
This is a cozy, winter-friendly practice you can return to anytime you need grounding, comfort, or emotional nourishment.

- Thick or weighted blanket (but also anything cozy will do, a big jacket, a stuffed animal, or a big pillow also work too)
