In this standalone guided meditation, Kamela Celeste invites you into a gentle practice of holding space for the “and.” This meditation is for moments when you find yourself carrying more than one truth at the same time, joy and grief, hope and fear, excitement and heaviness.
Rather than asking you to choose one emotion or push anything away, this practice offers a grounded space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and allow complexity to exist without needing to be fixed. Through body awareness, breath, and reflective guidance, you are supported in releasing pressure, softening self judgment, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.
This meditation is designed to be returned to anytime you are navigating transition, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm, whether you are opening a new chapter or simply needing space to breathe.
