Elizabeth is a coach and facilitator who helps individuals and teams understand the behavioral patterns shaping how they lead, communicate, and move through their lives. Her work integrates behavioral insight with a trauma-informed approach, creating space for people to step out of automatic patterns and choose more intentional ways of showing up.
She works with women navigating growth, transition, and leadership—both personally and professionally—supporting them in building self-trust, clarity, and alignment in how they live and lead.
As co-host of NDA (No D*cks Allowed), Elizabeth brings thoughtful, honest conversations to the surface, exploring the patterns and expectations that keep women small—and what it looks like to move beyond them.
