Amanda Kochirka is a behavioral strategist, organizational development professional, and co-founder of Verdera. She holds a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Learning and Leadership and is a certified Trauma-Informed Workplace Professional and Predictive Index Talent Optimization Consultant.

Her work focuses on the intersection of behavior, leadership, operations, and organizational performance. She helps leaders, and teams understand the patterns shaping how they communicate, make decisions, respond under pressure, and navigate change. Drawing on experience in operations, program development, and organizational strategy, Amanda translates behavioral insight into practical shifts that improve leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, self-trust, and execution.

As co-host of NDA, she brings a direct, analytical perspective to conversations about the behaviors and expectations that keep women small.

Elizabeth Cipolla, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Elizabeth Cipolla is an executive coach, facilitator, and co-founder of Verdera. She holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials and has nearly 30 years' experience building and leading Human Resources teams.

Her work focuses on the behavioral patterns that shape how people lead, communicate, make decisions, and navigate change. Using a trauma-informed, behavior-based approach, Elizabeth helps individuals, leaders, and teams move beyond automatic responses and develop more intentional, effective ways of showing up.

She works with women navigating growth, transition, and leadership, supporting them in building self-trust, clarity, and alignment across both their personal and professional lives.

As co-host of NDA, Elizabeth brings candid, thoughtful perspective to conversations about the learned behaviors and expectations that keep women small, and what it takes to move beyond them.
