Watch Me
Watch Me – Winning the War in Your Mind is a podcast hosted by Lauren “Lo” Fritts for women who are ready to stop letting fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs run the show. After living with Bipolar 1 and refusing to let it define, shrink, or silence her, Lauren created this podcast to help other women challenge the stories in their heads, break mental health stigma, and see that they are still capable of building a powerful, beautiful life.
With honest conversations, real-life stories, tough-love truth, and the lessons she’s learned through motherhood, ambition, healing, and personal growth, Lauren is using her voice and her story to help others feel seen, understood, and stronger in their own journey. This is about winning the war in your mind, owning your story, and becoming the woman you were always meant to be.

You’re Not Too Emotional: Why Feelings Aren’t the Enemy

People love to say “feel your feelings” like it’s easy. It’s not. Especially if you grew up being told you were too dramatic, too emotional, too much, or if you’ve ever had seasons where your own mind made your feelings feel hard to trust.
In this episode, I’m talking about why emotions are not the problem, what actually happens when you suppress them, and why avoiding your feelings can start showing up in your body, your relationships, your parenting, and your peace. I’m also getting real about bipolar, shame, anger, vulnerability, and what it looks like to learn how to process emotions in a way that actually works for you.
We’re talking about the difference between being self-aware and actually processing, why some of us use anger as armor, how unprocessed feelings spill into marriage and motherhood, and how to figure out whether you process best by talking it out, journaling it out, moving through it, or getting support.
If you’ve ever felt too emotional, too much, or scared of what your feelings might mean about you, this one is for you.
