Peter Wyszenko

Peter works with Australian business owners when things get serious.

Every week, he sees good businesses pushed to the edge.

What most people don’t realise is this…

Business debt doesn’t always stay in the business.

Through personal guarantees, caveats, and PPSR charges,
creditors can legally move against a director’s personal assets —
 including their home.

And by the time most people understand that…
 it’s already too late.

With a background in commercial lending and complex debt negotiations,
he and his team have helped thousands of Australian business owners
reduce creditor pressure, protect personal assets,
and create clear, ethical pathways forward.

On Good Bad Business, Peter brings that real-world experience to the table —
breaking down businesses, exposing risk, and helping listeners understand
what actually makes a business work… or fail.

Rod Peters

Rodney commenced work as an accountant in public practice before moving to ASIC as a financial investigator for 7 years.

He worked with both the ASX and Sydney Futures Exchange in compliance roles before moving into corporate banking with JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and HSBC Bank. His last corporate role was Head of Compliance and Company Secretary at HSBC Bank Australia Limited.

Rodney then moved out to self-employment where he remained in financial services in broking and over recent years as a business consultant in asset protection and cash flow management where work is referred from accounting firms.

On Good Bad Business, Rod brings the numbers.

He breaks down how businesses really make money,
where they lose it, and what has to be true for a model to actually work.
