2014 年，Hui 與比利以儲備幹部身份外派上海，開啟了影響她們職涯至今的第一份工作。Hui坦言，去上海有一部分是為了逃離家裡，卻意外被中國互聯網的速度震驚。在那間 CRM 外包公司，經歷了被嘴賤同事批評 PPT「那麼醜，怎麼敢拿出去」的羞辱、四個月跨部門輪調的磨練，也接收到老闆傳遞的「共好」理念——在狼性職場中種下正和博弈的種子。

最難忘的是，C-level 高管願意花整整兩天聆聽菜鳥的牢騷，給出真正以職業發展為出發點的回饋，而不是把人當工具。第一份工作不一定是最好的起點，但那個「小環境」給的格局與底氣，往往是後來所有選擇的底色。
