Hui 最一開始走進諮商室，不是因為職場壓力，也不是因為原生家庭，而是因為她一直遇到不適合的對象，開始懷疑「我是不是哪裡有問題？」第一次面談時，諮商師問她：「我聽到很多人，但我沒有聽到你自己，你是不是愛你自己？」

這句話，開啟了她七年的諮商歷程。從清空情緒、學會課題分離，到覺察情緒如何干擾決策；從離開前一份工作、處理原生家庭界線，到踏入婚姻與創業，她慢慢學會愛自己、接受不完美，也重新相信自己。

但這集不只是說「諮商很有用」。Hui 也坦白聊到：不是每個人都一定需要諮商，適配性、執行與復盤都很重要；寫日記、閱讀，也可以是照顧自己的方式。真正的重點不是被誰拯救，而是你願不願意回到自己身上。
