As senior vice president - Texas operations and education, Brandi Abercrombie manages operations and market development for National Investors while leading educational initiatives for Texas-based independent agencies. Ms. Abercrombie served as an agency manager for a national title insurance underwriter, assisting agents across Texas, and, for more than 15 years prior to that role, worked for independent agents in positions related to all aspects of the title and underwriting business, including customer service and escrow operations, curative and exam work, and extensive management duties in the role of closing manager for a large title company.  She holds the Certified Escrow Settlement Professional and the Certified Title Insurance Professional designations from Texas Land Title Association and the National Title Professional from the American Land Title Association. A longtime TLTA instructor and committee member, Ms. Abercrombie is the current school committee chair.

Lauren Blair brings over 10 years of experience in business development, operations, and process improvement to promoting and supporting the success of National Investors agents. Prior to joining National Investors, Ms. Blair served in various roles with a Texas-based independent title agent and title production company, where she led the business development team, escrow operation, and production operation. She is actively involved in the Texas Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. Ms. Blair earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and public affairs from Texas Tech University.

Lisa Monti brings more than 30 years of title industry experience to supporting National Investors agents. Prior to recently relocating back to Texas and joining the National Investors team, Ms. Monti served as the state sales manager for a lien search and estoppel company based in Florida. Prior to that position, she gained valuable industry experience in various roles that include vice president of escrow management, escrow officer, business development manager, sales manager, sales trainer, and, at the beginning of her career, as an assistant in an attorney fee office. She has also served on the Florida Land Title Association's Membership Committee and is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association.

Summer Swope brings more than 10 years of business development and training experience to her role as vice president of marketing and real estate education. Before joining National Investors, Ms. Swope served as a personal development trainer for a national underwriter and consulted with realtors and title agents on how to manage interpersonal relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle while taking their business to the next level. She also served as a business development representative for a regional title company, where she grew market share and delivered educational programs. Ms. Swope has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in psychology and legal studies from Texas Tech University.
