Custom Clothiers vs. Luxury Sellers: Inside Our First LCC Retreat
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this episode, we take you behind the scenes of our first-ever Luxury Clothier Collective retreat and unpack the conversations that are drastically changing the way our members approach luxury selling. Spoiler alert: selling custom suits alone doesn’t make your business luxury, and that’s exactly the mindset shift that separates the custom clothiers who succeed from those who don’t. You’ll also get an inside look at what we've changed inside our own sales process to consistently attract bigger opportunities and how you can implement those strategies right now.

02:44 - The choice to keep LCC exclusive and why every custom clothier isn't ready for it.
07:28 - The biggest takeaways from our LCC retreat.
11:51 - Why our Million Dollar Manual sales process still works, and what we've changed for luxury clients.
14:02 - The myth of “good, better, best” and why leading with price isn’t sustainable.

24:40 - Why your margins determine whether your business survives or struggles.
26:26 - The power of learning from clothiers at different stages of business, all working towards the same outcome.

And you're catching up with a friend and you're saying, Oh, what are you up to now? They say, Well, I know I'm still doing this, but what I really want to do is this. It's like, I don't care. Right. That's not what I asked you. I don't care what you want to do. I asked you what you're doing now. I really do not care what you want to do because I know that you're not doing anything today to bring yourself closer to what it is that you're telling me that you want. So I know that when you say I want to be doing this, I know that it's not a priority to you. And I don't care about that. This is appointment only, the podcast for custom clothiers and entrepreneurs building profitable high-end businesses. If you want control, profitability, and freedom from what feels like an endless hustle, this is for you. We're Kenny and Danny, twin brothers from day one and business partners for more than 15 years. We're sharing insights from our own experiences as luxury custom clothiers who built our own business from nothing. The highs, the lows, and what we've learned along the way that will help you build a high-end business you actually enjoy running and isn't running you. Clothier Coaching's official podcast. Appointment only starts now. If you're watching this on YouTube, you might be noticing you might be noticing something different about us. We are in uh very casual gear, very casual sweats. And it is because we just spent the last 48 hours fully suited up from 8 a.m. to about 10 p.m. We just finished our luxury clothier collective retreat that we hosted here. The first the inaugural LCC retreat just came to a close, and we just had our send-off breakfast at a casual pancake restaurant. So we don't chill. We're cat we like to have a good time. Yeah, we like to crush pancakes, like all of you love to crush pancakes. And so we didn't feel like we needed to fully suit up to go to the pancake house. No, I in fact I insisted and told the clothiers, well, because they were in their plain clothes. I said, please feel free, please wear your plain clothes. Please don't wear a full suit to the pancake house. I am not going to be suited up to go to the original pancake house. But instead of getting fully dressed up to recap the retreat and talk through some of the seminars that we had, we've we figured, let's just do it. We're just gonna keep it real. We're just gonna keep it real. Let's just do it in what we're wearing. We don't have to hide anything from you regulars. You know us, you see us. Well, maybe you see us, but let's just be ourselves. Permission granted. Permission granted to come as you are, if you will. So a little backstory for those of you who are maybe just tuning in, haven't received the entire backstory. We have a small mentorship group of custom clothiers called Luxury Clothier Collective, which we refer to as LCC. It is sort of the uh not to be confused with LCD, right, which we refer to as a lowest common denominator customer. It's a bit, you know, when you're listening, when you're part of the regular gang and clothier coaching, Scientology has an awful lot of uh acronyms. And as do we here in Clothier Coaching, LCD, LCC, MDM, million-dollar manual, uh BB, business builder. Mm-hmm. Yep. So you got to keep up, you gotta be sharp. T D, target demo, touchdown, target demo. Target demo is a touchdown. Uh-huh. And you when you're working with one, it's like you're scoring a touchdown. So LCC could not be further from LCD. No, it's complete opposite. LCC is really a it's our small group of custom clothiers who've decided that they want to run businesses sort of like ours that are geared unapologetically toward a target demographic client who is not a wedding customer, is not a one-time buy. It requires a much different strategy. And it isn't hard, but it it is, what was I gonna say? I've been talking nonstop for 48 hours. It's not difficult. It's exceptionally simple. It's simple. It is exceptionally simple, but it is difficult. But it is very difficult to get your mindset in the correct spot and then to put the action pieces in play. I'm actually gonna run and grab our um agenda. Well, I I have it on my phone, do I? Actually, I have it on my phone too, now that I mentioned that. We're such I'm more of a paper guy. We're such tech heads. Yeah. The other day when I printed out my map, my map quest directions, those are the simpler times. But that's what LCC is. And it is, if you go, if you go on clothiercoaching.com, you can you can read all about it. You can actually even put yourself on the wait list for it. The thing about Luxury Clothier Collective is it's not always open. It's not like any of the courses we have Million Dollar Manual, Mastering, the Wedding Suit Game, uh, Six Figure Upsells, or the Clothier Kingdom, where you just you buy it and you go through the content and then you own it. It's an active thing. It's our highest touch offering. It's mentorship, personal mentorship. Uh, our eyes on your business, we're helping our clothiers work through specific problems in their day-to-day of running their business, strategies for reaching that target demographic, strategies for how to work through their appointments with that target demographic, which we'll talk about a little bit more in a couple of minutes. But we don't, it's not open enrollment all the time. You can't just join if you want for a couple of reasons. First, there are only open enrollment periods because I need to be in control of when people are joining because it's, you know, it's programmed and it's it requires us to be involved in it. The second reason is because it's exclusive. We only allow one clothier per market to join Luxury Clothier Collective because the idea is each LCC member is on the trajectory to become their market's leader. Exactly. So, what would happen if you are in Phoenix, for example, one of our newest uh members is out of Phoenix. Let's say you're in Phoenix and there's already a custom clothier in Phoenix, and here you are now joining and you're in Phoenix. Do you think you're going to be honest about what's going on, about your pain points, about your struggles? Do you think they're going to be, knowing you're listening to what you're they're saying? Probably not. So it's really the only way that we can guarantee that everyone's able to just be really transparent, really honest, and just let it rip. And it's worked really well. It's been awesome. The results we've been seeing from LCC are exceptional. I think I said, I think I updated the website, but as of January of this past year, I think three, three of the clothiers in the group at least had already hit records. Oh, like business records within the first month of 2026. Yeah, correct. So it's and it's and after after after Q1, every every LCC member was having the strongest year that they'd ever had, and they were up in their average spend and down in the number of people that they had to work with to get there. Which that's the whole point. Work with fewer people, but each time you're working with someone better, they are spending more. And so you're not working as hard, but you're making more. That's what everybody wants. And that's what we're teaching you how to do in LCC. So, all that to say, one of the selling features of Luxury Clothier Collective was we were gonna do an annual retreat. And we just had our first one, and it was awesome. We hosted it here in our new shop, which is where we're recording our podcast now. And it was so much fun to meet almost everyone could make it. Uh, not everybody was here, but almost everybody was. And it was so awesome to be able to, it's such a weird thing. Remember when Facebook was new? And I do remember that. You would you needed a call at edu email address to get Facebook? But what happened when you were in college when you had Facebook was you would get all these friend requests from people who were going to your college. And then remember when we showed up for our first day and we had uh you you knew all these people from Facebook, and then you met them in person. You're like, this is so weird. It's such a weird phenomenon. I think we're kind of used to it now because you follow people on Instagram, and then you'll, you know, you either meet them or maybe you see them or you whatever. So it's not super, it's not the craziest thing anymore, but back then it was wild. And the same sort of feeling happened here where we're on these calls every single week with our luxury clothier collective, clothiers, and I'm seeing them in this little box in Zoom. Yeah. And then all of a sudden they're knocking on my front door. Like, oh, that's so crazy. It's so weird. But it was so much fun. They the agenda was it was a like a jam-packed 48 hours. We we we packed really the majority of what we did into one day, which was yesterday, which is why if I'm stumbling over my words, it's because my brain is tired. We did a couple of expert sessions where we brought in speakers to talk specifically about things. And then we did a few sessions as well. And and that's I think what we're gonna recap for you, the ones that we actually Oh, yeah. We're not gonna try to recap what our experts talked about. So what the expert talked about. We can give them the we could give we could we had a social media strategist in to talk through social media strategies and and implementations and what's what works and what doesn't, and what our plan as custom clothiers can be. We had uh her talk through all of that. And then we had a um uh CMT rep from one of the one of the primary groups uh come in and talk through what is unique about his process. A lot of that also happens to be our business mentor. Yes, our business. We've talked about him before on the podcast, Kingford. He was here, he lives, he lives uh nearby, so he came and he actually joined us a couple different times for both dinners, and then he we had him lead uh our our final seminar, which would we call that the keynote? I I suppose he got the lead, he got the lead slot, the keynote. All of the golden hour, the sun was shining in from our skylight, and it looked like an angel was talking about bespoken USA. That's right. But we talked specifically to our group about we talked first about uh mindset, which is as you know, where everything begins. We'll kind of give you a recap on that. And then we talked about uh we talked about margins and pricing and strategies for for growth and sustainability in this business. Because that's the hardest part about this business. It's not starting it. That's it, that's easy. Everybody can do it. It's not selling cheap suits. Everybody can sell cheap custom suits. It's about running a business that can sustain you, that can give you an amazing life, and that you can then grow and be healthy and profitable and sustainable and work with the clientele you want. So we we we talked about that. We'll give you a little recap on that. And then we talked through our updated sales process. If you've if you've uh gone through million dollar manual, you saw our sales process, and that is great and that is applicable in certain settings, but we've we've adjusted it and fine-tuned it and tweaked it based on the target demographic that we're after and that we get in the doors here. We've changed some things since we recorded our million-dollar manual sales presentation. So we talked all of our uh to all of our members through that. We did some role-playing scenarios there. Kinky. Yeah, in a very professional role play. Very professional role role play. But we we did role-playing uh scenarios with our uh updated, our updated target demographic sales. And the sales process that's included in million dollar manual works, still works, always will, always has. It doesn't just work for us, it works for everyone we've ever taught it to. And if you don't know what we're talking about, you're missing out because everyone who we've ever heard from that has implemented even an element of it has had it work. Certainly, people who have implemented the entire thing see it work constantly in every single appointment. In every single appointment it works, and it will work for you as well if you haven't done it yet. Why we now have an for those of you listening, I mean, I I don't mean to bash Scientology here, but for those of you listening, and I'm I compared the acronyms to Scientology. This is also gonna feel like that where it's like there's always gonna be something new and there's always something you're behind on. Yes. Where you need to keep chasing it and the the carrot keeps moving. It's like ro it's like Robux skin, Robux skins. Oh, I gotta get this skin now. So that's not what we do here. That isn't how we do clothing or coaching, but the sales process in Million Dollar Manual does not factor in multiple suits. It doesn't factor in fast decision making. It really focuses on how to get someone who wants to buy one suit to buy a luxury suit. That's Million Dollar Manual. What we walked through in our LCC retreat was our current sales process was when we're working with our target demographic who's buying a bunch of stuff, how do you do that? Or when you're working with somebody and their lead sounded similar to, I know I need a couple of things, probably a suit, maybe a jacket or two. When somebody says that, what is this unique sales process that we take them through where we're not, where it doesn't feel clunky, where we're not feeling like we have to talk price all the time, where we're able to make fast decisions and we're able to get everything designed in a timely manner, but that still coordinates really well and feels really, really streamlined and effective. And I'm not gonna tell you what it is. You know, I'm sorry to tell you. Sorry to tell you that, I'm not gonna tell you what it is because you're not part of LCC and you really do have to be part of our group in order to get that sort of education. What I will tell you is what it's not. It's not the whole good, better, best. This is the good. This is, and you know, in sales where you're not saying good, better, best, but you're saying, you know, this is that price point. You know, for just this, here's my next price point, here's my next tier, here's the next level, and then you're doing this. And you know, this is included in that. And for, you know, my my top tier, this is that. It's just not that. It's not that. I hate that. It doesn't work. Well, it doesn't work for us. It might, you might think it works for you, but it doesn't. And well, the idea there is that both the top and the low get eliminated and you're landing in the middle every time. Well, I saw and I showed you this video. Yeah, I saw it. I showed you the video. We're not gonna play it on the podcast, unfortunately. Uh, but maybe you've seen the video, maybe you haven't. It's a custom clothier who basically is it's like a two-minute video edited of the way he's performing the sales process. It's just that classic good, better, best thing. And he's talking about it in terms of tiers or something. And what I noticed about that specific video, and the reason why I don't believe it works if you're trying to sell luxury suits is because the guy's leading with the price the whole damn time. The client's not asking about price. He keeps bringing it up. He keeps the clothier keeps making price the most the most important thing. And the client isn't even asking about it. It's like tell me you can't afford what you're selling without telling me you can't afford what you're selling. Yeah, I mean, it's a classic visual representation of this guy's got his wallet in his client's pocket, and he's leading with price, turning price into the most expensive thing because it probably is to him. Most important. What did I say? Most expensive. Yeah, most important. He's making price the most important thing because it probably is to him. And he's completely kneecapping his capabilities in this appointment. And I don't know anything. I mean, it's also very clear, just to put this out there, it's very clear that this clothier is in the middle of a consultation. Oh, absolutely. Because he didn't do any pre-qualification of this client, which is also something we work through in Luxury Clothier Collective. But when we were working through the updated luxury clothier sales process in our LCC retreat, the way we did it was we had the clothiers give us one of their recent leads. And we're saying, okay, so you're that guy now in that lead. Here's what we're gonna do with you. And we ran them through it. And then we did another one. Okay, this is that lead. This guy says he needs a work suit. So here's how we're gonna handle that, and here's what he's gonna do. So it was really applicable. One of the clothiers who we we ran through the sales process for his lead, he's gonna go home and go do that tomorrow. Real stuff that impacts your business and also impacts the money you make. The first thing we uh talked about in an official capacity with our with our LCC LCC members, clothiers, was we talked about mindset. And we also talk about mindset in the very first lesson in Million Dollar Manual. We talked about more of an updated mindset, and we're not gonna get into the specifics, but I am gonna sort of let you know that we changed, we changed some elements of mindset when we're talking with our LCCs because they want different things. In Million Dollar Manual, we talk a lot about you gotta value your time. You have to know when you need to say no to things, you have to charge what you're worth. You have to do these things. A whole bunch of like do this, do this, do this, do this. That's how you can tell that your mindset is correct. With our LCC members, we went through an exercise where we identify what are our priorities, and then we reverse engineered the mindset that we need to have in order for those priorities to be priorities. And and that's the thing that all of us, all of us in business have. We all have things that are important to us. But I I think that a mistake that many individuals make, and I know that a mistake that many business owners make, and I know even more a mistake that many custom clothing professionals make, is that they have too many priorities. And because they have so many priorities, that means that they actually don't have any priorities. Nothing can be a priority, truly. Just like we say, if if you think your business can be everything to everyone or can offer something to everybody, you're actually not for anybody. Jack of all trades, master of none. It's the same, it's the same idea. Not everything in your life can be a priority. We are adults, we are grown-ups, we are business professionals. We don't get to have a lot of priorities. So we went through this with the with the custom clothiers we were working through, and we we identified, we told them what our priorities are as we stay as we sit here today, what our priorities have been in different iterations of our business and the decisions that we were making that that flowed into those priorities. And when we were in this stage of business, when the most important thing was this, that's why we did this. When we're in the stage of business that we're in today with the priorities as they currently are, that's why we operate like this. And that's the amazing thing about running your own business, is you get to decide what your priorities are. And then you get to reverse engineer what it is that you do and what it is that you don't do to fuel your priorities. That's where mindset is it's the fuel that that allows your priorities to stay to stay front and center. And we did to I I will talk you through this and give you a little insight scoop into the uh grab your pens, grab your papers. You're someone's about to get schooled. In into the in into the session, is we we broke it down and we said that every individual has priorities. And we wrote down what ours were, and then we said that those priorities, though, have to go through three different filters. And the three different filters have their own unique purposes. And after something has gone through each individual filter, only then can it be stated as this truly is a priority. The first one is I want this. I want this. No one has a problem identifying that, and certainly no custom clothier has a problem identifying what they want. They'll tell you they want clients who buy multiple suits, they'll tell you they want to increase their average spend, they'll tell you they want to have X number of appointments a week. Want, want, want. Everybody lives in the want. Most humans live in the wants. I want this. So when we graduated from uh from college, let's call it three to five years into everybody that we knew's careers, and you're catching up with a friend and you're saying, Oh, what are you up to now? And they say, Well, I know I'm still doing this, but what I really want to do is this. It's like, I don't care. Right. That's not what I asked you. I don't care what you want to do. I asked you what you're doing now. I really do not care what you want to do. Because I know that you're not doing anything today to bring yourself closer to what it is that you're telling me that you want. So I know that when you say I want to be doing this, I know that it's not a priority to you to you. And I don't care about that. I want this. That's the first filter that a priority has to pass through. The second one is I deserve this. And and that I think is an uncomfortable place to be. As a business owner, as a custom clothier, we we care about our clients, we we care about you know serving people well and we're passionate about our business. It's really uncomfortable to live in this place of being really uh intentional about naming what it is that we deserve. And that's where so many custom clothiers. Fall off. They have no problem saying, I want this, I want that. When we started Clothier Coaching, our DMs were full of it. How do I do this? How do I do that? Are you going to talk about this? Talk about this. Give me, give me, give me, give me, gimme. Do a reel about this. Do a reel about that. Want wah, want. But then when it comes to identifying, well, what do I deserve? I deserve this and being transparent and upfront and unapologetic about this is what I deserve. I deserve this. That's when putting those boundaries in place comes in. The order minimums, the rush order minimums, all of that. That's where identifying what are my boundaries comes. If you know what you deserve, now all of a sudden you got to have some rules. You got to have some expectations. The final phase of identifying priorities starts with I want. But I like, I like saying I won't settle for anything less than because it puts you back in the driver's seat. Where ultimately that's that's what we're doing here is you are naming your priorities and you are setting yourself up and your business up to fuel your priorities. So clothiers specifically, they have no problem identifying what they want. Oftentimes they also have no problem saying, Oh, I deserve this. But when that final piece, that final filter comes into place, that's where everybody disappears. Not everybody, almost everybody disappears. Because that's where you actually have to enforce those boundaries. That's where you actually have to be clear and unwavering with your expectations. That's where you have to stop making exceptions for people. That's when you have to put your foot down and say, I'm not gonna do this for you. I can't turn it that fast. I'm not going to turn it that fast if you don't pay me this. It's the action step. That's where most custom clothiers fall short. And that's what we're working with people through in LCC. So that was the first session, seminar, call it what you will, was really getting into the why behind the what of mindset and identifying wherever you're at in business as a custom clothier, let's identify what your priorities actually are. Let's run it through these filters and let's come up with two to three top priorities that all of the decisions we make in business are going to fuel. So that was the session, uh, the first session that we did. The second one was about uh margins, long, long-term staying power, uh, growth in a healthy way, charging what you're worth. And ironically, in this one, we had a whole roadmap all planned out, and it ended up going a little bit off the rails pretty early on. And we ended up just having a conversation. It was a great conversation. It was a great conversation along the same lines of what we were trying to talk about, but we didn't really have to go through anything because all of our clothiers in LCC understand the importance of margin. They all understand it. Like that, and that was a really encouraging uh place to be as the as the person trying to lead this session or this seminar is like, hey, great, listen, we're in good company here. Everybody understands the important, and not only do they understand its importance, they're all doing the correct equations to ensure that they are taking a strong enough margin. And that that was the other piece, is we just wanted to make sure that everybody was setting themselves up where they could succeed and not be one of these custom clothiers who sells suits at this price for whatever reason. And even if they sell a lot, they look back at their month and they're like, where did all the money go? Right. That's that's what the difference between just being some clothier who's overworked and stressed and making ends meet barely, if, and actually running a sustainable business that is as predictable as it can be, and even in times that feel unpredictable, you're not scared. That's where that comes into play. So that was number two. And then the final one that we did was about our sales process. Oh, yeah. Was our up our updated which we already talked about. Our updated sales process, which we've talked about. It was a great weekend. We ate some amazing food. We ate at uh Mara in the bottom of the four seasons. We ate at Cove, which was uh connected to another high-end uh mall that was next to the hotel everybody stayed at. Everybody stayed at the Weston Edina. Shout out Weston, they did a nice job for the group. But it was a really nice weekend, and I know that there was a lot of encouragement that the clothiers felt that we felt a lot of uh backpatting, if you will. You know, you're doing a great job, stick with it, keep doing what you're doing. It's it's continuing to work. It would it will get easier and it will get better. And then there, I know that there were some challenging things too. The beauty of LCC specifically is that there's such diversity within the group as far as business and stages goes. We have people who are mobile, we have folks that have a location, we have uh we have folks that have multiple locations, we have uh someone who's been in full time for uh just over a year, we have other people in the group who've been in business for you know similar lengths of time to us, you know, 10 plus, 15. And everybody's backgrounds are different too. We have we have people who came from a traditional retail background and have found themselves in the custom clothing space. We have people who were in family businesses and are now in the process of expanding. And what does that look like? We have people who have been in business for a really long time, and they were a part of this industry when everybody was wearing suits. Uh former direct seller in Wall Street during the financial boom. Like there's such a variety of different people in the group, and that brings a lot of different perspectives and ideas, and also a lot of challenges because there's so many different things that everybody needs. But the one thing that we all have in common is we all have the same goal luxury clothiers, owning the market, being the luxe the luxury clothier in our market, and we're all striving for the same thing. So it makes each weekly call that we have, this retreat, it makes these things go super great because we're all contributing to the conversation and we all have the same vision and the same outcome in mind, but we have this diverse array of experience and backgrounds that we can all speak to and help one another. So we just wanted to hop on and uh give you a brief little recap as we are fresh off of our LCC retreat. And if you I feel like just wanted to hop on is a little like MLM. Like, hey mamas, just wanted to hop on and show you my new leggings. And just I just wanted to hop on and show you this new shake I'm drinking. Well, I did just beach body loading. I did just want to hop on. But we just wanted to, while it was fresh and while we literally just got back from eating pancakes and before we go work out, we just had our brief breakfast. Needed to let the food settle a little bit. Just wanted to talk through how we felt the the inaugural LCC retreat went. We feel really great about it. It we ate a lot of amazing food. We had it's it, we kind of made it sound like just now all we did was talk business the whole time. And to to a degree, yeah, we kind of did. That's why we why we were all here. But when you're talking business with people who want the same things and you're having those conversations, they feel really enjoyable because they are really enjoyable. And it was a it was a really great weekend. It was it was really fun, really great to see everybody, ate a lot of great food, had a lot of really fun experiences together, and now it's time to just do it. And that's where we left things at breakfast. Our debrief send-off breakfast this morning was and you know, this isn't proprietary or giving anything away, but the encouragement to to all of us at the table was you know, you're already, we've worked through some specific things that are happening and in messaging and and positioning and marketing and pricing and process and all of this stuff. And it's time to allow that to work, and it does take time. If this was a shortcut, if LCC was a shortcut to getting what you want, and it was just a matter of saying the right things on Instagram, putting the right thing on your website, posting the right picture, being in one magazine, and now all of a sudden you're set, then everybody would do it. But it isn't that simple. It is simple, but it's not easy. And most custom clothiers are too afraid to do this, which means they will never experience what's on that other side, which is a great, sustainable, profitable business that they're proud of. Just because you're selling custom suits doesn't mean you're selling luxury. And we're helping clothiers get to that point where they're finally doing that thing that they wanted to do when they started the business. We're jazzed, we're amped, we're pumped, let's go, let's go. So wish we would have thought of how to end this thing. You could tell that we didn't. I was thinking of another way to say let's go or let's get pumped. Well, that would have been But that's it. That's it. I mean, it we're we're casual, we're chill, we're wearing sweats. And this wasn't supposed to be a commercial for LCC, but you know, it kind of was, but that's okay because it's a great program and it's working and it, you know, works for us and it works for clothier's all around the country. However, if that's not feeling like it's right for you, there are other things you can do. We have uh all of our courses on clothiercoaching.com, million dollar manual, mastering the wedding suit game, six-figure upsells, and the clothier kingdom. And all that's a taste. And all of those things are still applicable and current. The thing is with LCC, what we're doing is we're taking that next level and we're saying, okay, we built a business doing all of these things. And now here are the things that we have tweaked and changed as we've done this. Those courses are still all current. I mean, there we recorded them like, you know, less than two years ago. So that it's all still current, but it's not active. The active piece, the the real-time, real high-touch, direct access contact with us is LCC. So that's the difference. But it's not right for everybody, and it can only be for one person in your market. And if your market's taken, you you know, you can't join. But you can always join the wait list. Just like you in your business are not right for everybody. The same is true. We're we're putting the same things that we apply in our business to this. It's not right for everybody, and that's okay. And it is right for some people, and that's great for all of us involved. The wait list is always open. We are going to open enrollment at some point, sooner than later. It's not like we're never gonna open it or it's always closed. So if you want dibs on your market, please go fill out your info on the wait list, and we will reach out to you personally before we open enrollment and give you an opportunity to join. That's how it's gonna work. You can always sign up for the wait list, but there's not an open enrollment for you to hit and to just enter yourself. And that's by design. Uh, but we're excited. We had a great time. We had a we had a great, a great time, not only getting to know everybody more on a professional level, of course, that's the whole point, but on a personal level as well. Nothing beats in-person. AI is not coming for us. AI is not coming for your job. Nothing beats an in-person connection. And people are craving that now more than ever. So it was a really fun time to spend together with our LCC clothiers. And if uh you're craving some in-person clothier connections, maybe you'd consider going to the designer forum in New York City in July, which is happening. Oh, by the time this episode airs, maybe it's next week. I don't even know. It's like mid to late July, I believe. The dates are in the 20s. Midweek show this month. It's a weird show this year because of the the World Cup. So they had to move the dates to now it's midweek. It's not always gonna be midweek. 22 through 4. July 22 through 24. Or 21 through 4? It's the Tuesday through the Thursday. So what is that? 21 through 24. July 21 through 24 is the Custom Taylors and Designers Association Designer Forum New York, which happens at the luxury hotel collection. What is it called? Yeah. Used to be the collection myriad. Used to be the Conrad. It's on 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan. And if you, you know, want to connect in person with clothiers, custom clothiers, that's a great way to do it. The Chicago Collective is another great way to meet people in person, but personally, the designer form is a much more intimate, much more custom clothing focused type of trade show. So, you know, that could be something that would be worth putting on your calendar as well. That's it for this appointment. This appointment's over. We'll see you for your next one. If you're a custom clothier and you want to be more profitable, less stressed, and work with more of your target demographic client who spends more and buys more often, we share our exact strategies on how to do that and our resources available now on clothiercoaching.com, including Million Dollar Manual, our playbook for turning your six-figure business into a custom clothing business that makes more than a million dollars every year. For higher touch, more direct access to us, we have a small mentorship group called Luxury Clothier Collective, where we're actively helping clothiers around the country become their markets leader. If you're serious about finally building that profitable luxury custom clothing business you've always wanted, this is your next move. Join the wait list and we'll let you know when enrollment opens again. Thanks for listening.
