Today, we unpack two completely different leads that landed in our inbox: one looked incredible on paper but expected us to do a free consultation, while the other trusted our expertise from the start and walked out with three high-end suits. We talk about why luxury businesses don't attract their ideal clients by saying yes to everyone, why someone's job title should never influence your processes, and how respecting your time is one of the most valuable things you can do for your business. The bottom line is, the luxury clothiers who succeed are the ones who aren’t afraid to uphold their standards.

Highlights:

02:20 - Why a "great lead" on paper isn't always a client you want.

05:51 - The story of a seemingly high ticket lead who wanted to schedule a conversation, and why and how we said no.

13:50 - Why doubling down with your clients on how you run your business is the best option for everyone involved.

15:00 - One of the biggest mistakes we see custom clothiers make: bending their processes out of desperation.

18:08 - A perfect example of how your ideal clients are always willing to trust you as an expert.

21:00 - Why luxury businesses have to be willing to do what everyone else won’t and how to start operating like you are already on that next level.

24:25 - How trying to “earn” someone’s business devalues both your time and services.

30:25 - Why your ideal client isn’t scheduling appointments with people who don’t take themselves seriously.

33:40 - The heavy lifting we've already done for you: the strategies and resources available to you on our website that will make a BIG impact in your business.

He wants to come in from another state to have conversations. And then if the opportunity presents, then I will allow you to do your job. And you know what? Excuse my French, but fuck that. That is not, that is not how we do things. And I was surprised by the response, but we decided, okay, this is absolutely not something that we're going to be doing. This is appointment only, the podcast for custom clothiers and entrepreneurs building profitable high-end businesses. If you want control, profitability, and freedom from what feels like an endless hustle, this is for you. We're Kenny and Danny, twin brothers from day one and business partners for more than 15 years. We're sharing insights from our own experiences as luxury custom clothiers who built our own business from nothing. The highs, the lows, and what we've learned along the way that will help you build a high-end business you actually enjoy running and isn't running you. Clothier Coaching's official podcast. Appointment only starts now. What's the name for our segment in when we're in between appointments? Between appointments. Well, nailed it. It's very creative. Nailed it. Yeah, and uh memorable. And here we are in between appointments. We're between appointments with bringing you back the long anticipated. More, you guys say. We want more between appointments. Moss, muy, muy moss. So we're back between appointments and a bit of a doozy today. We have a lot to unpack over the last really 48 hours of what's been going on. It's a Monday as we currently sit here and we had. Well, it's a Monday as you're listening too. Oh, that's right. Well, we don't have a tendency to get inundated over the weekend, but we did have a couple of unique things happen over this weekend that we wanted to, you know, talk about in between appointments when we're super chill and super cat. It's super, I mean, can't you tell? Can't you tell how chill we are? Do you like what we're wearing? We got our new stuff in for spring summer, some of our new stuff for spring summer. So loving it. Whose do you like more? Yeah, let us know who you whose outfit you like more. And for those of you listening, sorry, but you can't see it. And I'm not even gonna try to do the whole thing. Describe it. Uh-uh. It's just that's a fool's errand. So here's what happened over the weekend. We got what should have been a great lead come through. And one thing we hear a lot from custom clothiers is they're telling us a story about something that is really promising or something that didn't go well, but it should have. And they keep referencing how great this client should have been. And I hear you. And I do the same exact thing. By the way, email signatures exist for a reason. And it is so tempting as a custom clotier to look at somebody's email signature and then decide, oh, I'm gonna bend the rules, or oh, I'm gonna treat them differently just based on whatever their job title is. And we don't do that anymore. We have had enough negative experiences in our business where we have been able to tell each other that it doesn't matter how good this person is on paper, they're not good for my business. They're either a good lead or they're not. There's no gray area, there's no middle ground, there's no maybe. It's either they're good or they're not. And the email signature thing can throw people, and I know a lot of custom clothiers who would operate, a lot of business owners who would choose to operate based on either a promise that's being made or an email signature that they want to earn the business. And we've said before, like, do not change your process for other people's promises. Whether that is the groom who's being measured saying he's about to lose weight because he's hitting the gym, you know you don't change your measurements based on that promise. Don't operate your business that way either. When somebody promises that they're gonna be some amazing client for you, oh, just make me happy this one time and then I'll be back. I'll be back. Don't adjust how you're gonna do it. What is it, which, which, which course is it that we talk a lot about that? It's probably the wedding one. Probably. But the the promises that get made and the reality of those actually coming true. You don't want to put yourself in a position where you're not meeting certain needs or you're you're holding out hope because you you're you're gonna get disappointed. And that's a hard lesson to learn. One of the first lessons we learned in business was that people are all talk. And that goes for people you know, and it goes for people you don't know, and it goes for goes for your clients and it goes for your potential clients, your leads. It's just how people are. There's a it's it's rare to meet somebody. Think about it. It's rare to meet somebody who you know beyond a shadow of a doubt, you can count on. You know that when they say something, they will do it a hundred percent of the time. It's rare. It's very, very rare. I remember sitting in a meeting with somebody at this point, probably three or four years ago. He looked me in the face and he said he was gonna pay for all three of my kids' college with how much money he was gonna spend with us. That was the only time we never saw him again. We ever worked with him. He bought one suit. One suit once. Years ago. Can you imagine if we changed everything about how we were operating with this guy to in the hopes that he was gonna live up to the promise that he made when he was sitting in front of us? I mean, and that's a funny example because it's so extreme and it's so it's so blatant. Yeah. It's so it's so crazy. But it's a true story, and that's an extreme example, though, of what actually happens. Now, speaking of sort of extreme and things that actually happen, we're as you run your business for a certain demographic of person, the luxury, comma decision maker, you know, we've talked about this over and over, the target demographic buyer. It becomes really clear not only who you're for, but the flip side of who you're not for also becomes really clear. And like we said, we get this lead over the weekend. That well, before we talk about the this weekend's lead, you're gonna have to stay tuned. I'm gonna tell you one more story. We had this was a couple of years ago. We had gone to Las Vegas in November. Now, for us, that final quarter of the year is always the slowest quarter of the year. And it just it happens, it's getting cold outside where we are, and it's just one of those, one of those things. Does the timing of the story matter? Because it wasn't November. It was September. Oh, it doesn't matter. Okay, great. All right, just wanted to make sure. But it was no, it was the fall. It was the fall, it was late September. Late September. Thanks for hanging in there. Early October. Thanks for thanks for hanging in there. We got there. Early October, it actually was. So for those of you keeping track, we flew to like Las Vegas in early or late September. We flew home in early October. There we go. Now we're on the same page. But anyway, the the final quarter of the year is always the slowest quarter of the year for us. And wouldn't October 1st be the start? I don't know. October, November, December. Sure. So we get this lead, and and both of our phones light up as soon as we touch back down in Minneapolis. And it's from a C-suite executive in a fortune, probably 50 company that's based here. And his lead is I want to give you guys a try. Let me start with a shirt. So we emailed back, we said, Hey, would love to work with you. Our order minimum is our shirt package, which is buy five, get a six for free. If you want to do that, let's get you in the calendar. He responds back, No, I only want the one. No, I only want one. I only want to try out one. Isn't that crazy? So guess what? What would you have done in that situation? Think about it. What would you have done if for even a split second you're you're sitting here and you're saying, well, I would probably just say, okay. Wrong answer. Yeah. We we just pushed back and we said, Well, that's our scheduling minimum at the time was our shirt package. At this point, it's not even, you can't even do that. But that's what it was then. And we we held firm. We said our shirt package is the minimum. So we're either gonna do that or we're not gonna be able to do it. I know some of you listening are are maybe saying, Well, he could have turned into something big. Not with that attitude, he couldn't. No, not with that attitude. Are you kidding? Let me give you a try for one shirt. What he's communicating to me is how in or not how invaluable, how how he's treating his own. Big difference. Big difference. If you want to leave work to come here and buy what was at the time a $250 shirt, that's worth your time. I don't think so. If that's not worth my time, that is not worth your time, Mr. C-Suite. Exactly. Craziness. So very similar situation. You may have jumped to that conclusion by now. We get an email. Do you want to read chunks of the email? I can okay. So we get a lead, and you know what happens when you get a lead. That feeling. Love it. Euphoria. May as well be on ecstasy. It's such a good feeling. And I don't know when that will ever change or if it ever will, but we still feel that way too. So we have that in common. But we get the lead, we read it. It's, you know, right away it doesn't read. It's not like reading like the best lead I've ever got, but it's reading like a promising lead because of who this guy is. But the lead itself was I'm coming in from a different state on this specific day, like a month from now, and I want to discuss a new suit. So that that language of discuss a new suit gave me cause for pause because I don't feel comfortable scheduling an appointment for someone who thinks they're going to discuss one suit. We're not gonna we're not gonna schedule a meeting for a discussion. So that's not gonna happen. Now, because it was phrased that way, I felt as though it was important to clarify. So I responded, I said, thanks so much. We're looking forward to working with you and meeting you. Just to clarify, or maybe I said confirm. I think I said to confirm. When we get together for our fitting appointment, that is when we are going to measure you. That's when we're going to look through all of our fabrics, we're gonna discuss all of the pertinent information, we're gonna style everything, and that's when an order gets placed. So assuming that that is what you want to do, we can go ahead and get that scheduled. Also, so you're aware, we want to make sure that we're taking a proper advantage of our time together. We will wanna talk about creating a strategic few hangers for you so that you can reach for some things and sort of mix and match. Just wanted to, you know, be up front. And most of the time when the lead sounds like his did and we say something along the lines of what we said, the client responds by saying, Yeah, that's what that's what I want. Sounds perfect. I can't wait. Yeah. Awesome. Sounds I can't wait. Yeah, see you soon. His response was all right, everybody, get ready. Surprising. It was a surprising response. I've been buying custom-made suits for more than 25 years. My go-to tailor was blank, and that's not happening anymore. I'm familiar, I'm familiar with the fitting and buying process, but would edit what you said by saying the first thing that happens is we get to know each other, what we're looking for, extent of collection, what the process costs, etc. I'll bring an example. I'm interested in seeing your fabrics. Uh, I'm I'm paraphrasing here. Then if the opportunity presents, we will measure and select fabric. So what's going on here, guys? We're telling him here's here's the process. And then he he ends it by saying, if that works, I will look forward to seeing you on the 15th. So he we essentially responded by saying, hey, just clarifying here, this is what we're gonna do. If that is on board with what you're planning to do, we will see you then. Which, by the way, our expectations are not crazy. They are also your expectations. They are every custom clotier's expectations. We're just the only ones, some of the only ones, who are ballsy enough to name it on the front end. Yeah. And prevent ourselves from putting on a suit and working for free. So the fact that he came back and is and is kind of doubling down on the fact that what he really wants is to schedule time to have a discussion caught me off guard. Oh, yeah. And let's keep in mind here, this is not some, this is not some kid who's never done a custom suit and has been saving up all of his money and and now he's finally going to go spend his money on his big purchase. This is a guy who wears suits to work, who has a huge job at his huge company and needs a new custom clothier because the person he'd been buying his suits from is no longer around. So, you know, kind of in a in a desperate situation, he knows he needs it, but he's kind of telling us that he's not willing to follow our process. And he would actually like if we were to follow his process. Yeah. And and so we responded graciously, I might add, and we we doubled down again. And we simply said, you know, this is how it's going to work in scheduling a fitting with us. We, of course, will have the conversations on on the front end that we need to have. We, of course, will understand how you wear clothes, what you like. We, of course, will take a look at what you bring in. And we will, we will obviously do all of those important things. But the purpose of this appointment is to is also to get things done. We don't schedule separate fitting appointment slots to have conversations and simply just get to know one another with a fitting down the road, should the conversations lead there. You love what you do, but you don't do it for free and you don't do it for fun. And why is it exactly, I don't know, that we're taking our time more seriously than he is taking his. He's the one driving. He's the one with this huge job. He makes so much more money than we do. He has so many more people that report to him than we do. He's got a huge job, yet he thinks it's worth his time. And what most custom clothiers would do in this situation, they'd say, I'm gonna take the risk. Yeah, we're gonna, I'm gonna try to earn the business. I'm gonna try to earn the business. I'm gonna play his game because maybe he'll turn into a great client. Hey, spoiler alert. No, he won't. Well, unless not like that, not with an attitude like that. And that's the thing. You have to think about this. You have to, you this guy is he's telling you how to do your job and how to run your business. That's not a client that I'm interested in having a relationship with. I want to work with people who want to go through my process, not people who think they know better than me, not people who think they're gonna boss me around, not people who are gonna push and be disrespectful. It's a di it's a respect thing. I'm trying to respect him and his time. I'm trying to make sure he gets what he what he came for. But respect is a two-way street. And I'm not interested in working with people who view us as beneath them, which he clearly, you know, whether he does or not, I don't know, but that is how he's communicating. And a good relationship with clients is a two-way street. It it does not start like this, where he reaches out to us because he's doing his research and he identifies this is where I want to go. And then says, but this is how you're gonna cooperate with me because I'm so important, because I have such a big job, because I've bought suits for 25 years in the past. Don't care. It doesn't matter. I don't give a shit, dude. If you want to work with me, you want to work with me. And the best clients out there, when they hire experts, they actually listen to the experts. And they let the experts do their thing. And our job and what we do is not the only business that operates like this, by the way. If you think about it in terms of like let's say he was trying to book a resort vacation at a five-star hotel or something, he's not gonna be able to go through this process and have all the experiences and have all the conversations and meet face to face with the head of dining and the head of uh amenities and the concierge and the front desk. He's not gonna be able to sit down and get all of his questions answered and have the experience. And then after he's done all of that, then maybe he'll he'll book the room and then he'll have the experience and pay for it. Or a restaurant that gets booked up and people really like going to, saying, okay, listen, I I understand that you're a popular place, but if you're gonna earn my dollars, I want to sit down with the chef. I want to look at, I want to look at what's going on behind the kitchen, I want to take a look at the ingredients list, I want to go through this. And then if it meets my standards, then I will sit down and you can cook for me. Well, and I'll pay for it. That's not even what he said. What he said, which would be more accurate, would be then I will let you know if I want to make a reservation. Right, right. It wasn't even like the promise to buy, it was like the promise to promise to buy. Fuck that. Absolutely not. So that happened over the weekend. And then I get uh a lead that comes through last night, actually. It was late afternoon or early evening. The lead was also straightforward, but this guy said, I want to give you a try. I want to start with two and go from there and go from there. So more also straightforward, uh, more realistic as far as what a starting point is. He's not wanting to start with a discussion and then decide if he wants to decide. He's saying he wants to start with two and we'll go from there. So I shot him an email right away and I gave him our list of availabilities, one of which happened to be this afternoon, and that's the one he booked. And he came in and he just left and he uh he bought three high-end, uh, very high-end suits and was so, so thankful and couldn't believe how fast. He couldn't believe he was so thankful how fast. But the the funny thing is about this guy is he this guy also years and years of custom clothing experience. He's lived all over the country. He's had custom clothiers every place he's he's ever lived, most recently and most notably in New York. And we were asking him, just because I was curious, like who he used to use, where where they were located in New York, because we're New York nerds. And he kept saying, like, all right, enough, enough about that guy. Like, take me through your thing. Oh, yeah. He was so excited to experience our thing. It was, it was truly like the polar opposite of this email exchange we had just done with this other guy. By the way, once we sent our uh response to the other guy, never heard anything. I don't know if we ever will, or what the deal is with that. But that was the situation. Other guy never responded. So, I mean, we're not gonna schedule him now any, even if he did, his he's got the wrong attitude. So that's a goner. There's so much that this guy doesn't know. This guy doesn't know that this is those dates, like, yeah, we're we're here, we're available, but it's in between two out of chunk periods of time out of town. So, what did I say? Out of chunk. Well said, well said. Get this, someone get this guy a podcast. The week in between two out of town chunks of time. So these time slots are valuable. He doesn't know this, and you know what? Even if they weren't valuable, they're a hell of a lot more valuable than working for free. And also, the guy who just left proves to me what my time is worth. And the guy who just left proves to me that people can make decisions like that and decide that they want to come in and trust the experts and spend the money that it costs. We always talk to our uh LCC Luxury Clotier Collective members about one of the things that truly makes you different is you have to be willing to do things that other people aren't willing to do, including spend money on your own training and your own education and your own clothes. The other thing, though, that is required sometimes is you have to be willing to say no to things that other custom clothiers would all say yes to. And and as we're telling you these stories, and as we're as we're saying to you, you know, would you have done that? You know, think about this. We really do want you to think about that. Because as we've been doing clothier coaching and as we've heard from so many clothhiers over the years, I know the answer is that most clothiers would just say, okay, fine, I'm just gonna do it. I am just gonna go ahead and schedule this guy because, you know, he has the promise to be good. But that's the wrong attitude. And that's the difference between when you're really running a luxury business that is geared for the right people. You you can't be doing that. You cannot also be running the business. That is scheduling time to try to sing and dance to earn a sale for potentially one suit. That is a waste of your time. And whether you believe it's a waste of your time or not is kind of irrelevant because you do just have to operate as though you are at that next level, at that next caliber, because it's weird. I don't, I don't understand the science or the mystique behind how or why it works. And I don't want to use the word manifesting, but that is kind of what it is. You start to operate at a certain level, and like attracts like. It's a real thing. That's what we've experienced. That's what our LCC custom clothiers are experiencing as well. We're not the only ones who've gone through this, and we're not the only ones who would have handled it this way, although I know the vast majority would have handled it in a different way. But it's a great reminder, and it doesn't always happen like this where it's so perfect and it truly is back-to-back tool leads that come in basically on the scene. I feel like they have told a version of this story multiple different times, whether it's in clothing or coaching training, where we have a consultation per person who wants a consultation, our email scares them away. They cancel, and then a guy comes in and spends over 20. Well, that's the other thing. This guy he complimented our email again. Again, he he's laughing about it. The email we're talking about is one of the email templates that we provide to you inside the Clothier Kingdom, which is our what to expect email that is auto-sent to every person that books an appointment. And it basically gives a little parking information. But really, what it is is that this is not a consultation. We're we're making decisions and you're placing an order and you're buying it and you're paying in full and you're paying up front. That's the email that gets sent to everybody. Doesn't matter how good or how meh the lead is, everybody gets the email. And the only people it freaks out and scares away are the people who weren't wanting to buy anything anyway. Now, with this guy who emailed us over the weekend and wanted to schedule an appointment to have a conversation that maybe the conversation might lead to us being able to do a suit for him. Oh, you promise. The thing is, he is not going to have a hard time finding somebody around here who is willing to go through that process. In fact, he might come here and meet with three or four different places and choose one. How much better would this industry be if all of the people around you operated more like we're operating, right? Where we are requiring that people who are in our calendar buy. Wouldn't that simplify your life and take some of the guesswork out of what you do? And the ironic thing is it would simplify everybody's businesses. You know, that whole a rising tide lifts all boats. If we could all, or the majority of us, just decide that, yeah, you know what? I am gonna take myself seriously. I am going to start saying no to people who don't want to buy something from me. It's not that hard. We've done all the heavy lifting for you. We have all the email templates for you in Clothe Your Kingdom. All you have to do is copy and paste. And the thing that's so crazy to me, and that I'll never understand, and we've said this a billion times at this point, you know, probably a billion, is I know you don't want to be doing consultations for free either. And I don't care who you are, I don't care what sort of lie you're gonna tell yourself, and I do know it's a lie. If you do take consultations, there's not one single clotier out there who would take a consultation, knowing that the person's not gonna buy and be excited about that. I do understand some of you feel as though you have no choice but to try to earn business, you know, whatever. It's fine. That's fine. That's not how we do things. It's it never is. My guess would be that it is probably not a very good uh ratio. What so the idea of earning someone's business, doesn't that put that person significantly above you? Well, yeah. I mean it's not a it's just a gross place to be. And bottom line is that attitude is wrong for the luxury clothiers. Like you're never, if you're trying to earn business, you're not a luxury clothier. I'm sorry, but you just aren't. And until you can get out of your own way, you never will be. And just because you sell custom doesn't mean you sell luxury. And just because you sell high-end suits doesn't mean you sell luxury. If you're doing it in a low-end, lowest common denominator way, you're not a luxury clothier. And I think sometimes people listen to us talk and they they think we think too highly of ourselves and of our own time. And I am not gonna tell you that I actually think that my time is more valuable than my client's time. What I am gonna tell you is I think my time is as valuable as my clients' time. That's all I'm doing. That's all we're doing when we're saying, no, you're buying something. Otherwise, what are either of us doing here? Is we are putting ourselves on an even playing field with our clients, saying, we are both here to accomplish the same thing. And like I said at the beginning here, it's not about our expectations are so different than every other clothier, because that's not true. Our expectations are the same as every other clothier. Every other clothier, when they have somebody that comes in to have an appointment, a fitting with them, their hope and expectation is that that person is going to buy. We, though, are some of the few. I know in our area, I know there are so many all over the country that are doing this right. The few, the proud. And we are the ones, though, who are doing the unpopular thing, which is be upfront about our fitting requirements and our expectations. I would rather, though, be up front through email about our fitting requirements and our our expectations of our clients coming in than get to the end of an appointment and realize like that's a more awkward situation. It's way more awkward where we want them to buy and they don't want to. Why not just send an email? It's been a long time since we've been in that situation, but when was the last time it happened to you? You know that feeling, that just that gut punch that's sick to your stomach when they leave and you just wasted your time. That's avoidable. You can stop doing that. I feel like this podcast has turned into a consultation elimination conversation. Yet again, don't they all? I feel like they all do because that's one of the big things and one of the banes of our existence. And and quite frankly, it's one of the things that is wrong with our industry. There's too many people who don't, it doesn't bug them. There's too many people who aren't strong enough to say no. Bottom line. There's too many people who are take an element of pride in how above and beyond they're gonna go to try to earn somebody's business. And the right clients, they don't need you to try to earn their business. They they allow what they need and how you present and what your website looks like and all of that to earn it for them. I mean, the guy that we just worked with who said, I'll give you a try and do a couple of suits, and he came in. You know, he was scheduled within an hour of his original email. He was wearing a hundred thousand dollar watch and he, when he came in, he put his keys on the countertop, Lamborghini keys. Yeah, we didn't know that. No. Like that guy is operating at a much different financial level than I am operating at. And those are the types of people that find you and are drawn to you when you're doing this the right way. When that's what you're putting out there in the world, those are the people who are attracted to the way you do business. And he's not sitting down saying, okay, here's the deal. I've been buying custom suits for X number of years. I've lived all over the world and I've had custom tailors everywhere I've lived. And this is how this is gonna go. He sits down and he almost doesn't even want to tell us about his other experience because he doesn't want it to cloud what we're about to do for him. Those types of people are out there, but they don't schedule meetings with people who don't value their time or themselves. And the longer you're unapologetic about operating for the right type of target demographic person, which also means you have an understanding and you're operating to prevent the wrong types of people from sitting down with you and wasting your time and their own time, but certainly your time, the more of the right people you're gonna find, find you. And the easier it is to spot them when they do come through. So just keep in mind if if your desire is to run a high-end luxury business for clientele that are high-end and luxury, it is going to require that you be willing to do things that other people aren't willing to do. And it is also going to require that you are unwilling to do things that all of the other competition in town is willing to do. I don't know where the guy who emailed us is gonna end up when he comes, when he inevitably comes into town on the fit on the 15th of next month. I don't know where he's gonna schedule appointments, but I know that I know where he's not, I know that of all of the places he's gonna go, the majority of them are gonna be wasting their time because he's not gonna work with them. And who knows? Maybe he will come around and book with us. Who knows? Well, I don't know. If he wants to, we're gonna have to have some other conversations. Now there are more qualification conversations that have to happen. But that's the thing is these people, these custom clothiers who are gonna take this guy on and be all excited to earn his business, most of them are not gonna earn his business. Right. And that's a that's a really bad place to be. And these are the types of things that we that we are working on with our clothiers in luxury clothier collective. It's it's not only the, oh, what should I say if this person sends me this email or what should I, what should I do in this situation? It's about the positioning. It's about doing the things for long enough that your business is positioned at the right place to not only allow the wrong types of people to, you know, go away and find something else and find someone else. But for Mr. $100,000 watch Lamborghini guy who wants to give some custom clothier a try with three high-end suits and just see how it goes, positioning your business to attract that guy and have him come in and be excited and say thank you and to be out of there in 45 minutes and thrilled. That's the guy we're for. And that's the guy we work with, which is why scheduling time for other people who are asking us to have a discussion and pitch ourselves essentially, that's why that doesn't feel worth it. And it doesn't matter how big and fancy the the email signature is. It doesn't matter how good somebody should be on paper. There is such a thing as somebody who's good for your business and somebody who's not good for your business. And their email signature doesn't have anything to do with it. It's about what are they prepared to do and are they prepared to follow the process? Sometimes it really is that simple. If you need a little help in strategizing or running your business or getting some of these email templates that we talk about that save our ass time and time again, those resources are all available to you on clothiercoaching.com.
