Published each Thursday, the podcast invites listeners into the conversation before Sunday to learn more about the text or afterward to continue wrestling with the text. Along the way, Lance asks the questions many listeners are likely wondering, while Kat explores the Scripture, its historical context, and what it might mean for our lives today.
Episodes generally follow the Revised Common Lectionary and the liturgical calendar of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), including festivals, commemorations, and other special observances. Kat serves as pastor of Celebration of Grace Lutheran Church in Canton, Georgia, and The Church Lot, a Lutheran campus ministry at Kennesaw State University.
