Self respect comes through living in alignment with your values, keeping your word with yourself and taking immaculate care of yourself + your well-being.

To me, peak health is the ultimate form of self respect because it's honouring your mind and body. Peak health is not a certain body shape or size, it's quality sleep, proper hydration, consuming whole foods, daily movement you enjoy, and thinking and speaking about yourself kindly and with respect.

This is the time of year where many people overeat, over drink, get less sleep and forget about their self care routines if they have them. Today's episode is a reminder that taking care of yourself is your responsibility and a great privilege - not a burden.
