  • Becoming conscious of what you think is always the first step
  • It's not what you think but that you think that is so important to remember
  • You can't help thoughts that pop into your mind, but you can choose to stop or continue to think them
  • What makes for a happy life?
  • Everyone has their own alignment
  • Acting on positive thoughts creates a positive life, acting on negative thoughts creates a negative thought
