In this episode I'm sharing my running tips with you! I share my own running schedule, the different types of runs I do, heart rate zones, and more.

I have been running since 2008 (minus a couple years when I was pregnant), but it's only been in the last 3 years or so that I have been following this schedule and seen a pretty good improvement in my running. 

I'm not a running coach or a doctor. I'm just sharing from my own experience and things I've learned over the years of what to do or maybe not do to improve your running. Speak to your doctor if you are new to running.

I use the Garmin Forerunner 55 watch. I love it and have only good things to say! It's very user friendly.

I've listened to many episode of the Running Rogue Podcast with Chris McClung. I follow his running guidelines and shaved off 10 mins from my 2024 Marathon time. Highly encourage you to listen to his podcast for more running tips.

I watched a few videos of Ben Parkes on Youtube for my 2025 marathon training. He had some great advice and might be worth checking out.
