Show Notes

I'm so excited for this episode!! Christina has been on my podcast bucket list from the very beginning and I've been super blessed to have connection with this lady.

On this episode, I ask Christina to recount who she is and her story that has made her become the amazing Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner she is now. She explains the difference between a conventional doctor and functional doctor and how the latter's approach is what has help her heal her body from all the ailments she has gone through.

I also share with her how she is my expander so, naturally, I ask her to explain what that is and how that works when it comes to manifesting the life you want to live. Whether that is personally, emotionally or from a financial stand point.

I absolutely LOVE her honesty and confidence in which she explains anything and everything. I highly encourage you to listen to her podcast "Wellness Realness" and check out her website www.christinaricewellness.com and definitely follow her on Instagram @christinaricewellness for all things health and wellness.

Did you know that there are 1,400 chemicals banned and restricted in personal care products by the European Union. As of today, there are only 30 of those ingredients banned in the United States. Beautycounter's never list is made up of more than 1,500 questionable or harmful ingredients. Ingredients that Beautycounter promises to never be used in their products. Nutrition is of the utmost importance for a healthy life. Focusing on food quality and eating mostly whole foods is the key to good nutrition. People who are eating a standard American diet made up of mostly processed foods, will admit that they don’t usually consume fruits and vegetables every day. The USDA’s dietary guidelines recommend any where from 5-13 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Adding variety is another factor as well. JuicePlus has made it simple in bridging the gap in our daily nutrition, putting whole foods in capsules. If you want to improve upon your health with a simple step add Juice Plus to your daily routine.
