Nani Edry

Nani Edry is the creator and owner of Nani’s Dough and Bakery. He has since closed the door of his bakery in order to give his full attention to work on new projects in the food world. 

Before he opened up his shop, he worked really hard in the corporate world. He Burned himself out working on big tech projects in San Francisco. No finish line in that world. As he explains in the interview, "As soon as you finish a project, you’ve got twenty more." After working so hard to fulfil someone else’s vision, Nani wanted to work to fulfill his own vision. 

After wrapping up a tech project in Hawaii, Nani moved home to Delray Beach and decided to master the science of making doughnuts. In his opinion, it was a way for him to recenter himself, reground himself.
