Ep 105 | Charging What You're Worth and the Case for Less Members
Show Notes
This week we’re joined by the guys from the Mind Muscle Project Podcast and owners of CrossFit Creature. We open the show discussion how Raph and Lachlan purchased three different gyms in Sydney, how the grow each new venture, and how they work as partners. In addition to a tactical discussion of the guys’ business development, we also chat about entrepreneurship in general. Specifically, we discuss the idea that each new member that joins your gym has a commensurate amount of fixed costs associated with servicing that membership. We make the case that more members and more space isn’t necessarily the only - or perhaps - the ideal business model for the CrossFit gym.
