2X -- 3 min Speed + 1 min Rest
1x -- 4 min Speed + 1:30min Rest
3x -- 1 min Speed + 1 min Rest
*Speed= 7-8 intensity on a scale of 1-10 or your speed chart in your pace chart if you are a member of CHAARG Run Club!
