This is our week 8 coached speed run from CHAARG Run Club!
Speed Workout:
2 x 3 min Speed + 1 min Rest
2 x 4 min Speed + 1:30 min Rest
2 x 5 min Speed + 2:30 min Rest
3 x 1 min Speed + 30 sec Rest
*Speed= 7-8 intensity on a scale of 1-10 or your speed chart in your pace chart if you are a member of CHAARG Run Club!
