3 x 3 min Speed + 1 min Rest
2 x 5 min Speed + 2 min Rest
7 x 1 min Speed + 30 sec Rest
*Speed= 7-8 intensity on a scale of 1-10 or your speed chart in your pace chart if you are a member of CHAARG Run Club!
