Hope for the Homeless

Earrings Off! hosts Lou and Teresa discuss innovative initiatives to combat homelessness. Homeless diversion programs work to immediately find housing for the homeless by providing financial support or benefits to family members or friends who can provide temporary shelter until a more permanent solution can be found.  These innovative programs tap the strength of the community to address this seemingly insurmountable issue which can be found in all areas of the country.
