And if you're a regular listener, you've heard my struggle with hair loss. I've talked about this several times. And then we did an episode with Dustin Fontano, our PA, but hair loss is a real thing and it doesn't happen real just to men. We ha it happens to we, we women, if that's the thing. So I had COVID twice Joseph. Yes. I'm going through menopause. Although I feel amazing because I'm on hormones from our clinic from AU urology specialists.

It's a hair system that I'm gonna let you explain in a sec. My, I, I knew at that moment, my life was gonna be different. And then a few weeks later I was sitting in your chair and now we're friends and we're doing this podcast together.

So the first thing I like to talk about is the emotional side of it. Just because a lot of women are okay, talking about how they feel their self-esteem is affected based on how they look on the outside. We've really normalized it to where men are expected to be bald. That people assume that they're okay with it, that it doesn't cause any insecurities for them. Anyone would feel insecure when they don't have hair. And I always tell people, if you had an unfortunate accident and you lost a hand, you would get a prosthetic. So what is the difference with our hair? Because we started out with hair. We were born with hair, hopefully. And you know, if you age, if you have hormone issues, if you have health issues and the hair is affected, why would we not want to treat that? So there's a lot of things that you can do, you know, as far as what you guys offer in your clinic and healthwise, but then there's certain things that at the end of the day, you can't grow hair and you want hair. So we actually have the Rhine w volume system, which is designed to give fullness and coverage on the scalp, on the crown area, like you had mentioned. So it's good for anyone. Hair. It's definitely a game changer. And guys are sometimes insecure to ask for help. They get embarrassed about it. So I think it's really important that we do talk about it, that we do normalize it just like you guys do talking about all the penis issues and sperm issues that you do on this podcast, because it's a real thing. And it's something that people need help with. We have a lot of men and some of them want to remain anonymous. So you won't see them as much on our TikTok page. Because once again, it's one of those things that they love it. They want it, but they don't want to tell anyone about it. And so we're trying to let people know it's okay to get hair. It's okay to be a Ryan Wayne Barbie or a Ken<laugh>. I mean, we need both.

So since then we've done it for a lot of people. Um, some of my family members, even, I, I just tell them about it. And they are like really nervous at first people are gonna know that's their number one thing. I don't want anybody to know. Cuz they're insecure that people are gonna make fun of them or judge them. But it's so natural looking that people literally will see you and just be like, did you lose weight? Right. Like you look so great. You got a facelift, like you're so young and healthy. What skin care are using. I mean, it's just insane. Right? I'm like me being a hair stylist. I'm looking at them. I'm like, obviously they had no hair. Now they have six heads of hair.<laugh> which obviously, you know, we customize it. So if you want it not too thick, we can customize that as well. But right. It's just one of those things. I try to tell people, don't overanalyze it, trust the process. Once you get it, you'll understand. Right. And

So we are a team based salon, which is really unique. It's amazing. Lot of places are independent stylist and we actually run the salon like a family, my husband and I own and operate the salon, my sister, my niece, your mom, and then my mother there<laugh> and this, this isn't a scary place. You will be adopted into the family. Probably you'll be looking really good. So it's all fine.<laugh> um, so we all work together. There's other stylists there, obviously who we're family we've adopted them as well. And we all work together, hand in hand and that's really convenient for our clientele because the scheduling is so much easier. You're not relying on just one single person. Mm-hmm<affirmative> if I'm sick or out of town, there's an emergency you need to get in last minute, we're able to been able to schedule a lot easier that way. So we just require a consultation just to make sure that we can help everybody with what they're wanting. And you know, we have a text line, you can text questions to the salon and you would ask me the number. I don't know
