With 20 years of casting experience under her belt, Rita Koutsoulis worked her way up the ranks before officially starting her own company in 2019! She is a first generation Greek American, and the name of the company was inspired by her Greek roots. She grew up in Stockton, CA and started working in casting after graduating from Cal State Long Beach in 2002. Throughout her career, Rita has help cast countless popular shows including... Deal or No Deal, The Biggest Loser, Are You The One?, People Puzzler, and Married at First Sight, among many. Rita takes pride in hiring staff that have strong work ethic, a great eye for talent and positive attitudes like herself. Her greatest accomplishment is becoming a mom in 2020 to the apple of her eye, her son Constantine.
