In this episode, we focus on longevity in regards to training and recovery. In training, It's so important to consider our future selves/bodies. Recovery is often forgotten or only used when we are injured which is definitely NOT a longevity strategy. So we find ourselves reminding members (and sometimes ourselves) about the long game!
