Today we have Dr. Brian Clement from the Hippocrates Institute, a holistic healing center where thousands of seekers have retreated and recharged over the last 60+ years. The institute follows the ethos of ancient Greek hippocrates in declaring “I will give no deadly medicine to anyone.” Brian tells about how and why he changed his eating habits from when he was young and obese and the changes he experienced through this shift. We discuss eating animal meat versus having a plant based diet and the benefits that having a vegetarian diet can have on us, as well as the effects on your food and the nutrients found therein when you cook the food and when you don’t cook it.
