Why We Track Shelves Yearly

SPEAKER_01

Middlewest Spirits was founded in 2008, focusing on elevating the distinct flavors of the Ohio River Valley. Their spirits honor their roots and reflect their originality as makers, their integrity as producers, and their passion for crafting spirits from grain to glass. Their Michelon reserve line reflects their story from the start to the bottle to your glass, with unique wheated and rye bourbons, and also rye and wheat whiskies, the Michelon brand is easy to sift. It might be a grain to glass experience, but I like to think of it as uncut and unfiltered from their family to yours. But this is uh tonight's podcast is what is on the shelves in uh May of 2026. We did we do this every year to see what's on the shelf and what's been going on. So we're you know, we're we'll we're gonna cover that as we keep going along. And I need to bring that back. Yep, this should be bringing back the microphone. That will help. And yeah, so we'll cover exactly what's happening and what you're seeing on the shelf, and we'll also we're we're also you know gonna cover what's always on the shelf and what's been consistently on the shelf, and we'll talk about and we're just gonna talk about bourbon hunting from the standpoint of how the industry is going forward to to meet the supply and demand, to put some of the bourbons that might have been on the shelf back on it so that when we walk in, some of the things the bourbons we know and love are there for us. And that's one thing that's kind of cool. I you know it's it's really different for me because that when you're dealing with bigger brands, and we'll get into that a little bit, but make sure that you guys keep commenting. Let's see, Chad in Colorado says all sellers on the shelf, or he meant all wellers. Yes, we've been seeing an increase of wellers, but remember we're the Scotchy Bourbon Boys, and www.scotchyburbonboys.com for all things Scotchy Bourbon Boys. We have t-shirts, we got Glenn Karen's. Check out the website. We're almost finished with uh revamping it, but there's a couple more things we got to do. Hopefully, we get that done this weekend. Who knows? All right, and then also we're on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and X, along with Apple, iHeart, and Spotify. Whether you listen or watch us, make sure that you do all the things that you got to do to make us more popular. You can become a member on YouTube, like Kirk is a is a top shelf member. First ever. You can also leave super chats, that's great on YouTube. Then also become a member on Facebook. You have that ability. And also on Apple, what I what we just really love is if you go there, leave us a five-star review. It just helps get us further down the line as we go on our journey. We are in our seventh season. Over we're approaching 600 podcasts. I think we're on 584, I think that's what it was. But also, and over audio-wise, almost over 80,000 viewers, and on on YouTube and Facebook, over million millions of people have seen the Scotchy Bourbon Boys and our long content and our shorts. So check us out on on the on media, but also let's see. Oh, so 406 bourbon and barrels cut are restricted. All right, that's great. Chad says 80,000 is a ton. Yeah. Anyways, how did how did how does he get restricted? I mean, I know I have stuff on, but all right, so what we got is I went to my uh local liquor store where I go for all my allocated when when allocations are coming out on Saturdays where I wait in line. There's a couple of backup places I go to, but this is my main liquor stores, and I decided to this year take the pictures there. So one of the nice things about it is I can come over here and we'll start off with right off the bat the first row. Now, top left, which which is okay, so we'll talk about this a little bit, but if it and I need the keyboard for this because I'm gonna need to, I need to magnify. So once I do that, I can scroll around here, but I also can let's see. This is the first one. So the people on let's see, there we go.

Dark Arts And New Shelf Regulars

SPEAKER_01

You guys that right there. Oh, I never hit record, so let's hit record, start recording. Uh that helps always the start recording once you've already started the whole thing. Sorry about that, everybody on the the horizontal YouTube. Oh, you didn't miss much. We just did a lot of ad stuff. So here we go. I will do we're live streaming. I want to share, and so for some reason, oh there it is. Let's hit share. Can I pull it up? Yes, I can. So we're gonna hit that, we're gonna share the screen, and you all should be able to see that. Now let's see. I'm gonna check it out on Facebook once it hits. There it goes. All right, so on Facebook, okay, so that's good. So I can that should allow. Nope. All right, so I can't do the scrolling, can I? Because I'm sharing. All right, so what we got here, all right. So I'll hit stop share. But you can see I took a picture and let's uh go back to me, stop sharing. And now I should be able to I yeah, what the heck? I wonder if I okay. Let's start it again. It's okay, everybody. I'm gonna put that back up. I can go, I'm gonna do this. Oh my god. Let's see. I gotta make I gotta make it active. And share screen. We'll hit this again. Right there. There it is. Hit share. There it is. It's shared. Now I should be able to make that act. Oh, I can move it. All right, so if you look up here in the top left of the share, you can see dark arts, and dark arts is sitting up there, and they've got their three, they I believe the Mizanara, the French oak, and their say can I will this command plus? Yes, it will. So there we go. So, okay, so what we got for we got the cast strength, straight bourbon whiskey. We've got the Mizanara, and we've got the French oak all sitting up there at six eighty-nine for the cast strength and sixty-four for the Mizanara. And then we've got the barrel seagrass and barrel bourbon, both of them at the 80 mark. Now, this is the one here, Baker's, which which for a long time was not a shelfer. Okay, Baker's 7, that's a single barrel. We've seen it, but there's sometimes that it wasn't on the shelf, and it's back on the shelf, which is fantastic. But what's also great is their high rye bourbon, is which was when it introduced was allocated. That's back on the shelf, so that's really kind of cool to me having bakers on the shelf. I have worth back to you. So let's see, Woodford reserve double oak is popular for Rachel. Oh, let's see. Kirk, you did. I've been sending Buffalo Trace juice everything almost everywhere. Yeah, because yep, Buffalo Trace is on there a lot, and then Walker says the batch proof of the double oaked is good. But the baker's was kind of a cool thing that that is out there now, and you're looking at that, and we've got that buzzard roost, which has been around, especially here in Ohio. It it is it's it's available. They have their bottled in bond and their cast strength, and then also their rye. So that's that's available. Now the baker's high rise 74 and 64 the the seven. Now, another one that's now always there. Okay, so we got peerless bourbon that's been around for a while, that's always there. Just the straight bourbon batch, you know, it's it's a small batch. Now, Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond has become this year now a shelter. When I first came out, it was not a shelfer, and it's been a while. So then one of the cool things is you've got the triple oak of Angel's Envy, you got Angel's Envy, and you've got the triple oak. And so that's something at $64.99 that hasn't been there. Now, Russell's has been there forever. That's a single barrel, and then also there's the 10-year. So you got that. The 13 year is not around. Now you've got down here, Johnny Drum, Brothers Bond, which is you got two forms of Brothers Bond. Watershed, that is the Apple finished, but you also have their old fashioned, and then you also have watershed, uncut straight bourbon whiskey right there, which is that is something I love their label, something new. And then you've got the Cincinnati bourbon, Cincinnati distillery, and they have a certain amount of stuff, and that's on the shelf around here, but you could tell their their one expression is out. So, you know, it's made in Ohio, and that's what happens. You've got minor case sitting there on the shelf, you've got copper craft, you've got let's see, what is that one? I uh McCarthy smoked whiskey, and then you got the Rittenhouse rye and the Templeton rye. So that's what you're looking at, and then down here we're looking at a little bit less. I'm gonna take off the share, stop sharing. We're back. I'm gonna hit this one. Whoa, basically, that's oh, wait, hold on. Come on. I wait, come on. This should, I should be able to move that. Yeah, there you go. I'm gonna get off that one, and we're gonna go to the next shelf. Now, since I can do that, so so the the baker's is the one. So I'm gonna pull off since I've gone, I I really felt that that was it. Started off early, so let's just hit that one first. I don't think that's baker's 13, is it? Yes. Well, this isn't on the shelf, but I'm gonna I'm gonna have some fun. It made me want to have some baker's baker baker's was Roxy's favorite. Let's just put a little bit of this 13 in there. All right, that was uh I bought that at the festival so I could have it. So the dark arts is is there, and I'm telling you, don't sleep on it on dark arts. I mean, honestly, I don't know if everybody how it is throughout the rest of the country, but where they are, it is an amazing, what would you say, bourbon? And the fact that dark arts in the state of Ohio, and it sells well, is on the shelf constantly. And Buffalo Trace has a hard time keeping stuff on the shelf. It just tells you I don't I don't I just I don't know what that tells you. All right, here we go. So we're gonna go up on this. Did we share? Are we sharing is the question. Let's see. All right, am I froze on Facebook? All right, let's see. Doesn't seem to be froze. All right, Kirk said, dude, I slept on the dark arts yesterday. I do not sleep on dark arts. That's one thing I will say. Let's go back. We'll just reload for that just to see if it's still yeah, that's just me. Alright, we gotta get I gotta get the sorry folks.

SPEAKER_00

That's just me. Alright, we gotta get there.

SPEAKER_01

I got the sound out. Alright. Let's share screen. I mean, that's what you gotta do, right? Here we go. Shared screen. All right. Alright, so we've got uh now. So we go to blackened, you know, horse soldier. So horse soldier here is pretty much always on the shelf. I don't know how much it sells. It's been there, it's been pushed. I know that it has some ties to Ohio, so that is one of the reasons. Now we got Blackened, that's Metallica's, you know, that's his thing. They they basically play Metallica, which is fine. Now Rabbit Hole, which they've got the the Boxer Grail, Cave Hill, High Gold, and Daringer. Those four have been on the shelf consistently since I started this and and went to Rabbit Hole in 2020. You're talking about the Boxer Grail rye, that's $49. The price has come

Price Drops And Rabbit Hole Staples

SPEAKER_01

back to be exactly, and that's another thing I want to talk about. The prices are coming back down to where they were before. Cave Hill, I believe, had gone all the way up to $69, $6, $69.99, and right now it's back down to $59.99. High Gold is at $49.99 and $79.99 for the Derringer Bourbon bourbon whiskey finished in sherry casks. So that's what you're looking at for rabbit hole. That's been there. Calumet for a while had a few more of the some of the older stuff on, and some of it's still on the shelf, but it's moved. So at one point they were, you know, you could pick up all the different expressions, but right now on this shelf is an eight-year, the small batch, and the rye. And the eight-year Calumet is $50. So, and then you've got Frey Ranch. Now, Frey Ranch is new to Kentucky, I mean to Ohio being on the on the shelf, but that Frey Ranch right there, Farmers Distiller Strait Bourbon Whiskey. I that one is that's Calumet Farms rye, which is that is $46.99. Now, if we come down here, now this one, Woodford is there on the shelf, but all of their expressions double oak, the malt whiskey, the wheat whiskey, and the rye, plus straight rye, uh plus they've got their their the Woodford Reserve keeps it running. And it will right now $55.99. The lowest Woodford Reserve double oak was was $52.99. So it's sitting at $55.99. $37.99 for the Woodfords. It used to be, you know, so it's just up a little bit. Now you got Blade and Bow, which has been there, which I love, which used what has always been a $49.99, similar to Woodford, and it's $46.99, so it's actually lower. Blade and Bow is one of my favorite. What would you say? I gotta remember where the distillery is bullet. It's something that they do fantastic. Highly recommend. It's not always on. They do this key thing, so it's good to have. And then you got the Elijah Craig small batch right there. Now we're coming to with Yellowstone. We got two things of Yellowstones, and then you have the special collection, and this one is a hundred proof, and it's toasted. So the Yellowstone toasted is on the shelf. That's something that's not there. Now, Town Branch, we've got Town Branch there for $34.99. That is what we see consistently on there. And then you've got long branch right here, which which has it's there quietly. I mean, it made its push, but it just stays there. But it's a 30, it used to be $36, it's $37.99. Wild Turkey Rare Breed, when I first started buying it, it was $32, but that was in 2019. It's a $49.99 bottle, and then the rare breed rye. But the fact that rye is there is kind of cool. Then you've got Penelope, regular Penelope bourbon sitting at $29.99. Penelope does a really good job. High West bourbon and double rye, $39 and $34. You can't go wrong with the prices that are there. And then down here we've got Redemption Rye and the Ezra Brooks 99, which is a favorite of mine. And Ezra Brooks 99 right now is on sale for $21.99. That's a good, good thing. That's a good deal right there. Now I will take us off. Stop sharing. We go back over here. Where wait? I should be able. Oh, where is it? I did share. Okay. Oh, I haven't. I'm talking, and you guys are kind of seeing it, but I never shared it. Alright. So with that said, take that off. And we will go to you know, I should look at what I'm doing while I'm talking. Greg going to Amori with Susan. Randy's on. Meaning bottles from 2020. Alright. Yeah, thanks. I love when people make comments on YouTube. You look drunk. I look drunk. I've had a sip of whiskey. I'd like to make a comment about him too. I wonder what he looks like. I could make a comment. You oh here. Here's one. Well, I might be drunk, but you must be high because I ain't drunk. I'm not even uh I I sipped one pour. Alright, so then we go to. Alright, we'll go here. We've got two. Alright, now we gotta go to three. Here we go. And this time maybe I can blow it up. Not that that big. There we go. We're in the Liza crack. Area. And I will now this time actually share it. I don't know how I picked it. Alright, there it is. Share. It's sharing now. So let's go to the top up here. Gotta click on it. There we go. So we're back up past Frey Ranch. This is the uncut at 69. So they've even got an uncut whistlepig. They've got the small batch. They got the snout and tail bourbon 10-year. The piggyback 100% rye. And the whistle pig piggy pack 100% bourbon, both six years. And then Wilderness Trail. Wilderness Trail has been quiet, but the small batch, let's see, what do they got? Small batch whiskey bourbon, bourbon, bourbon. I think they got the weeded bottle. Nope, the bottled in Bon. They're all bottled in Bon. There's the weeded, the rye bourbon, and then there the weeded and rye bourbons. There you go. And then we got Nearest. Nearest green to me and Uncle Nearest. I don't know what's happening with that brand. It's on the shelf, but it's it, I have no idea. It's kind of bizarre how that happens. There's been no updates or anything. So we gotta get that going and grab it there. So the next you got bullet. Bullet's been on the shelf forever. Now, one of the cool things about this is that toasted barrel was on the shelf. So Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel is now a shelfer, which is decent, right? Now you got the not my favorite here, you know, but you got the rye, and you've got the still the small batch. So then we got the other Penelope's. And let's do that. All right. So Penelope right now has they've got the the rye, the toasted rye, the cask, the rose cask finish, the architect, barrel strength, and toasted. I mean, plus they're regular. And the and the price for these, like Architect right now is 50 bucks. It saved 10 bucks, $49.99. It was, I think when it first came out, it was a little bit higher. What's happened to Penelope is great since the the MGP purchased them. Now down here we got Bullet Rye and Bullet Rye 10, 95.5. And then we just have Wild Turkey 101 and Wild Turkey, along with Old After we get past the 99, we've got Old Forester 86 and Old Forester 100, along with, I believe one was rye and one was bourbon. And we're talking $23 and $25 for the and $22 for the 86. And in the 86, guys, don't sleep on that because that one that that on the shelf is a fantastic mixer, and I love the banana that comes off 86. All right, let's stop the share. There we go. I'm gonna take that back down. Let's go here. Alright, so we're three in. So the next row. Here we go. Now we were on the lower levels for the old Forester, and now we're gonna be on the higher levels for the good old Forester. So we will hit command plus and get into this. I will hit share. Where is yeah, there's no Rio is not on the thing. I'm gonna go at. You know what, Matt? If Rio was on the shelf, you'd buy all of it, and then there'd still be none. All right, Walker. He's not even close. I've been there for that. No, yeah, thanks for sticking up for me with that one. Let's see. 219 has oh, and so he doesn't. Thank you. Thank you guys for sticking up for me on on YouTube. All right, so now I gotta hit share. We'll get that in. We're just coming down the lines here, and we are here, and then you actually have to hit the button for everybody. Hopefully that's it. And then I click on that, and then I can come down here.

Old Forester Lineup And Bulleit Additions

SPEAKER_01

There we go. So now we're looking at some old Forester, and we're looking at the 1910, we're looking at we're looking at the 1897, I mean, and the 1920, the statesman, and I think that one, so you've got one, two, three, four, you've got them covered right there. Now, statesman when uh for forever was $49.99. Right now it's $56.99. It's up, it's up a couple, all right. And then let's make sure. All right, and then they've got this Freedom Whiskey, which the from the Freedom Whiskey Company, and I don't even know what that is, so we're not even gonna go for that, but that's on the shelf right now. All right, so what do we got going here? There we go, and then we hit the next row, some more bullet. Now, bullet right there, bourbon. This is the bottled in bond. That's new. I have never even had it. I have to pick that up. They've got the bullet 10-year, which was fan has always been fantastic, and then you got bullet single single malt, mesquite smoked malt, and barrel strength. So bullet has added a few things to their arsenal, so that's a pretty good thing on there. They're not usually they're there, but not all at once, so that's kind of cool. Now they've got their tenure rye, and then they've got their their drinks right here, which my place has decide. But then you've got St. Elmo old-fashioned and cherry vanilla, and then you've got the TX whiskey. And if we go down here, you still have a lot of Wild Turkey 101 with the green, and wild turkey 101 with the green 101 is $49.99, but the rye 101 is $24.99, so don't sleep on that. But that's the $49.99 is your handle. So the actually it's $31.99 for the leader and $24.99 for the $750. All right, so there we go. We covered that part of some, yep, we got that. All right, next we will stop sharing. All right, welcome back. So we're about halfway through this, and we're gonna hit, yeah, we're that's one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, and yeah. So the next, all right, there we go. The next shelf. And it so what have you guys been seeing? That's what I want to know. What what what have you guys been seeing there out on your shelves? What what has surprised you? So I'm not talking about the allocated stuff. A lot more allocated is hit. One of the things that has been on the shelf a little bit is Weller Special Reserve. Now, so what has surprised me so far? The bakers, both bakers, those aren't always there. There was Booker's, but Booker's was a prior batch. The newest batch is not on our shelves, so that's unique. But so far, the the Elijah Craig toasted that used to be allocated, people line up for it. They've got that there. Then you've got the Baker's high-ride bourbon and the baker's single barrel, both, you know, you've got the those three. And the bullet, you got the I was surprised at everything being there. It always seemed to be, I love the tenure. The tenure, but I'm not a big fan of bullet bourbon, but their tenure is fantastic. So, and then I I've never tried their single malt or the mesquite barbecue malt or whatever that was. That seemed pretty cool that it was out there. All right, so next we're gonna hit this. We will share. Let's hit the share button. Cheers, John Walker. All right, my thing has not. Oh, lots of bookers in Wisconsin. Do you get oh the Green River honey bottle here? Now I got the Green River honey bottle at that. That Green River honey bottle is gonna go up against the dark arts honey soon. Um, and then uh whatever honey, and then I also have a Starlight honey. So those three are gonna be a podcast for honey finished bourbons. And then is that Booker, Steve? Is that the newest batch? Because I might need you to pick that up because I haven't seen it. Not that I'll have it you do it yet, but I might need to. Now, John says the salad bottle, yes, that, but that's still being released, and it's not like you walk in sitting out. So, way more available here now. Sitting out, the Remus Reserve bottles, bakers, including the 13 year is sitting out. All right, so John's covering that, and then Penelope bottles, McKenna 10-year. I've seen McKenna 10-year. McKenna 10-year was all over until it became the the bourbon of the year for for seven nine or for Heaven Hill, and it just went nuts. So that was something. All right, so let's share the next screen. Oh, yeah. Let's hit share. Let's get that up, put that up, hit share. There it is. Now I should be able to blow that up. Let's just see if I can blow that up myself right now. I I knew I could. I'm hitting the wrong thing. All right. Was I I hope three, four, five, six, seven. Was I deleting? Oh my god. Let's see if I can edit. Undo delete photo. Undo delete photo. Undo delete photo. Okay, so that really helps to not delete the photos. Two, three, four, five. There we go. All right. I am trying to. I was deleting them. All right, there. That's not what you do. All right. So on this one, you've got Kentucky Pure. Now, I wonder. Yeah, because the you got Kentucky Pure, pure Kentucky at $44.99 coming right. I believe that's out of Willet. I miss Bardstown. I wait, that that should not be the next one. Well, I guess it is. Let's see. Did I Kentucky? Oh, I we did not cover the Bardstown collection in the last one. Let's hit that instead of deleting. Here we go. Yep, let's go. Bardstown Bourbon Company, the origin series at $49.99. Then you've got an origin, you got two origin series coming in at $49.99. And then you've all three of them. And then oh, okay. So we've got three origin series right there, all at $50. So there you go. I will get off of that and we will go into this one. I will try and not delete photos. So we're gonna have a couple things. We've got the bourbon mesquite smoked malt. Yep. Then you got the Kentucky Pure. And then you've got Tom Foolery, which is a local brand, and it's the bonded bourbon at $47.95. Now, Middle West, I don't lie, this is this is this should be straight across what's happening. Right there, there's the McAlone Reserve at $39.99. You can't go wrong with Middle West. And and then you've got the straight wheat whiskey, and that one is $37.99. Now, if you go to cast strength, we haven't gone over $60 for a cast strength. So you're talking like a booker's. This this is the straight wheated bourbon, the straight wheat whiskey, what I and you got the straight pumper nickel rye. So you got the weeded four-grain bourbon, you've got the straight wheat whiskey, and then you got the pumper nickel rye all sitting at $55. And that's that's that is a no-brainer. Now, Middle West bought old elk, and there's the old

What Listeners Are Seeing Locally

SPEAKER_01

elk slow cut, which was on there at $37.99. And you got George Dickle Bourbon Barrel Select right in there, and a little bit of Traveler, which the Traveler is now $33.99. It came out at $39.99. It has dropped $6. And it is one of the it is one of Sazerac's best sellers. Now we finished with the now you've got makers mark. And this is what all that's on for makers mark besides makers mark. But what happened is is if you look at this, you've got makersmark cast strength sold out. Maker's Mark is doing a good job. Maker's Mark 46 right there, French Oat. Those other, and then you've got 101, which wasn't always on the thing, it's in a box. I've got a bottle. I love 101, $39.99. And then you've got the maker's mark wood finishing series in 2026, and that's sitting on there. That usually doesn't happen. And then there's a hole where $26.99 maker's mark isn't there. I mean, it's nuts how things all of a sudden started to take off. Now you got the TX Lucky Seven bottles, too many to name, all kinds of makers mark like you, I'm sure. It's like $2601 if needed. Thanks, John. I might need it. Various Augusta bottles are. We don't have any of that on the shelf. Now we got the TX both blended and the TX Texas Strait bourbon. So, and then we got Green River. Green River, pretty much not the honey, but we've got the bourbon, the wheat. This one is $34.99, $34.99. And then I believe this one is cast strength. This is Green River Weeded Foolproof. Yes. And that's Green River. And then you got the 250th anniversary box. And then we have Wyoming whiskey and Bear Fight, Kentucky Reserve. Never had that before. Then you got American Honey, which they do, and the start of Evan Williams. Alright. Stop the share. There we go. I know people, the audio, it's it's kind of like you can't see it, but let's see. 46 cast strength. He never passes. That's that's uh Kirk. Thank you. Don't shelf any bullet anymore. Let's see, what else do we got? Uh Walker McKenna tenure. All right, so we got that. Are we good on that? Yeah, we're good to go right there. So we are back and we'll keep covering the audio. What do we got? We're going decent there. I don't know. So let's go to our next level, which will cover the makers after the hole. And this is the surprise to me, this one right here. Let's share. Get on there. Share. All right, control plus, not delete. Let's do that. Control plus. All right, so what we got up here is really some kind of cool stuff. So it's really cool what from a drink standpoint, Buffalo Trace. I'd never seen this before, but I've always known. So they've always had their old fashioned hand, handy and shiller, triple oaked old fashioned. That's barrel-aged old fashioned. And then they've, and that is $29.99. And for $29.99, they also have their barrel-aged Manhattan made with Sazerac rye. Now, $29.99. These are not sleepers, they're $86 proof. So you got to really watch it, okay? But they just came out for the same thing. This one's called Trace Paper Plain. So it's Buffalo Trace Paper, a paper plane small batch. It is a drink. And then they got their mint julep. So I was like, I gotta try this small batch paper plane. That's what I'm gonna do. And that's right on the top shelf next to Basil Hayden. And basil Hayden, $39.99. When I first jumped in a long time ago, $32.99. And then you've got here the artfully aged basil Hayden bourbon artfully, let's see, what which one is that? That's the big one. There you go. We got the big one. So that's there at $84.99, which is like a $1.75. So if you double, it's $70, yeah, it's it's one and a half. They they don't give you two bottle price, they give you the one and a half or whatever to make it come out. And then you got the basil Aiden toast at $49.99. Toast and everything came out at $49.99. Same price as when it came out. And then you've got down here, there's the maker's mark $34.99. But the $26.99 makers mark was sold out. And then you've got the green. What is the difference right there? The leader, it's got a green mark on it. What would that be different? That is something I would have to look into. Then you've got the makers mark $49.99, basically the handle 1.75. Next to that is Jack Daniels, which this they they have the single barrel, they've got the single barrel barrel proof, and they've got the single barrel barrel proof rye, along with the single barrel heritage barrel. Now the heritage one, which is a toasted barrel, that's a surprise. Now the bonded, that's been on the shelf a little bit, but $34.99, that's a pretty good thing for Jack Daniels bottled in Bond Tennessee whiskey, fantastic. It's a step above, it's always in a 700 instead of a, I mean, yeah, a 700 milliliter instead of a 750. But the toasted right there, that single barrel heritage barrel is a surprise to me that it's on the shelf. Then down here is where the big surprise was. Okay, so we got the Sazerac rye. That's on the shelf, but then you got Larceny. And oh, that's did I actually click? That is crazy. Small batch that doesn't really okay. Small batch, and there it is. There was a surprise. $59.99. There's the barrel proof 117.41. You don't see barrel proof on The shelf that is something new. I slept on that. I might go back and get that. I haven't had a barrel, I haven't had a barrel-proof larceny. Now that it was always a release, and you could get it, but I usually had something else. I was always getting it. Then you got the four roses regular label. And then you got Jack Daniels Tennessee and Tennessee Apple. Down here is the Evan Williams, the bottled in Bond, and the night you know, they had all their different. There it is. Now they have the America 250 label, but I believe it's no different. 1899. What's the difference? Evan Williams. I believe let's see, 86, 86. Kentucky bourbon whiskey. Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Yep, yep, yep. Let's see. I'm just trying to see. Then you got the bottled in bond at 20. The 29, I'm gonna say is a bigger bottle. That's all I'm gonna. It's a you could see that it's higher. It's a bigger bottle. That's all. And then there was Evan Williams, and it was sold out at 30 bottle. The Evan Williams bottled in bond. Probably the one liter. Oh, there's the one liter. Nope, that is 750 one liter. Maybe the handle at 34.99? Who knows? There we go. And then I do see the Evan Williams rye. So we'll kick off there.

We're back. That Green River Army 250 was the 250 specifically. Yes. Evening, Ricky. Alright. That JD Heritage toasted barrel is awesome and everywhere. That's good to know. Like I'm getting some good stuff, gentlemen. I just got my weekend job pulled into the shop. There we go. And then what do we got here? Walker, Rachel. 60. You must enjoy that one. There we go. Reggie. Oh, MM, and oh. All right. 60 bottles. Yes, she does he Walker does do that. He does like that. So let's go on to the next. We'll go on to the next one. Here we go. We're getting there. So this is all what's on the shelf, and so far, so good, right? So we've got. I'll hit share. Click that. All right. Share. We're sharing the screen. I'll put that up there. Let's magnify up without deleting the whole thing. So here we go. Basil Hayden 10 year. That has it all $79.99. I paid in Kentucky a while back. It's $84, $5 over, but it's available. So that's another one. So you got the Larceny, you got the Basil Hayden 10. Now we got the dark rye, the malted rye, the red wine cask finish, all basil Hayden finishing. I mean, and all good. So then we got the Jefferson's bourbons, Jefferson's rye, Jefferson's Reserve, the Reserves, Jefferson Reserves, and then you got Oceans. And this one is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, very small batch. So that's where we're at there. Next level, down in the Jack Daniels. Go from bottom to Gentleman Jack, straight across the mellow, and then into the regular Tennessee whiskey. But so then we get into these where you get the apple, they're missing the one flavor. I can't see which one that is, but it's missing. And then you got the Jack Daniels fire honey. So you got just the flavored ones. And down here on Evan Williams, you got the apple and the peach and the cherry. And then you've got the small batch Evan Williams 1783 and the 250th Evan Williams. So you could pick up one of those really cool, and there's the straight bourbon with there's Evan Williams. Kentucky straight bourbon. What is the green label label? It's a sour mash. 250. Alright, so we're done with that. Alright, we went through that pretty quick. Come back over here. Why do I have that? Wait, what did I do with the ha ha what h oh. I didn't want to do that. I took that out of what? What did I just do? Alright. I should hit that. Is it going? Yeah. Alright, stop share. There we go. Alright. Hell yeah. Thanks, brother. Alright, here we go. Next, let's get off of this one. And we only got two more, folks. So as we go into, now we get into the rest. Now, Knob Creek had a couple things. I was disappointed that that's not on the shelf, but just once again, if you sleep on something lately, it's it's back to you gotta you it's not yet there all the time. Alright, let's hit the share button here. We'll hit this. Come back over, click in, hit share. There we go. Control plus plus all right. So what do we got here? We've got knob creek smoked maple at $35.99, Knob Creek 9 at 359. And that's $100 proof. 10 more, same price. Smoked maple, and then that's a good seller. And then you've got the you know, the bigger one liter, 100-proof 1-liter of knob creek. All age nine, the age statements back 65. But then you've got Jim Beam starting, and then you've got the Jack Daniels, you got the Jack Daniels honey, and then Jim Beam rye, Jim Beam Honey, Pineapple, Red Stag, and then down here, Evan Williams finishes with cherry and honey, blackberry, and then goes into Jim Beam honey and vanilla. So we're just at the end of this with Jim Beam. A lot of this is Jim Beam and Knob Creek, but into like, you know, so let's go on to the next one. I'll just so we went through that, and now we're gonna finish up here to the end. Now, so what we have here is one that I might go back for the Knob Creek bourbon times rye. Nine-year bourbon, seven-year rye in a blended straight whiskey at 113 proof. I'm intrigued. You got the knob creek 10-year rye, then you got the knob creek seven-year rye, and then you have the big one, and so that's kind of cool. Then we just got Jim Beam seven age seven year. So that the black seven seven year has got an age statement. So black's been there, but the seven year is there, and that's everywhere. Let's see, what do we got here? We're going good. Let's see. All right. I'm just supposed to get that. I it's supposed to move. Okay, so it's not moving anymore that way. There's the red stag. Then there's Jim Beam Sunshine Blend. So I never I I've never had that. I should try that. That is $16.99 and it is on the shelf. I have no idea what it is. Straight bourbon whiskey. All right. Has anybody tried the sunshine blend? You know? I'd like to know. Then you have Jim Beam Double Oak and Devil's Cut. Always there on the shelf. Devil's Cut was off for a while, but you know, and now you got the Jim Beam Apple, Fire Peach, the whole nine yards, and that I think is it as far as that part. Now let's go up to the end of once we got by Knob Creek. So then you got the Knob Creek old fashioned which Sentauri's put out, and then that's decent. But then you got we finish up with Smoke Wagon. And Smoke Wagon is so what we got is uncut, unfiltered, small batch, straight Nevada, it's straight bourbon whiskey. And then you've got the Smoke Wagon straight bourbon whiskey right there for twenty ninety and the small batch and the uncut unfiltered.

Ready To Drink Finds And Surprise Bottles

SPEAKER_01

That's what you got for Smoke Wagon. And this is what was on the shelf in 2026. Now, surprises from the year before to the the year before to the year before to the you know realistically for me the surprise was the bakers, because bakers isn't always on. That knob creek, the knob creek was a surprise. I wonder if that's actually them. Yes, it is. And the knob creek was a surprise. Baker's, both bakers. I mean, that was cool. The knob creek, bourbon, and rye, nine-year bourbon, seven-year rye blend. I gotta try that. The Larceny, barrel-proof. Never seen that before. It's just there. That's something that you look for. I don't know. Is that something you all have seen? No. The question is, and then the Penelope, the Penelope was decent. The dark arts, I mean, that's there. That's a staple for us now. I mean, I when I go in and I run out of anything of dark arts, I can pick those up, and they're all fantastic. So, and then there was one. Oh, the bullet really had some nice stuff happening too. So, you know, that's that's kind of what's on the shelf. The blade and bow, but that's been on the shelf for a while, but it's still a shelfer that's better than what's half the stuff that we wait for, right? Maybe this 250 right here, the Green River 250. I, you know, but how does a you know, when you think about it, how does Macaulay get the stock that he's putting out to put that there to be on the shelf? It's not even like whatever, it's there, and he's supplying people, and he is pushing, and people are buying it. Now, one of the things that I believe, you know, that's what we're covering, that's what we're looking at. I probably deleted the one. I know that there's uh if anybody else has something that's been there. No, I've seen Weller on the shelf in the back, and then we we have allocated stuff that's in the back that you can buy one of, and there's some specialty bottles, but this is the general stuff that's on the shelf. So I think that's covers it for tonight. And I will get us finished up, and thanks everybody for watching. We'll stay on for a little bit, see what happens, all right. So, anyways, remember, we're the Scotchy Bourbon Boys. Look for us. We got a lot of stuff coming up. Let's see.
