062 | How to Thrive After Trauma | Shari Botwin
We’ve all experienced some sort of trauma over the past couple of years, especially during the recent pandemic. And although we are all living through it, some people don’t even realize they’ve experienced trauma. My next amazing warrior is here to share her experience both, living through her own trauma and how she helps others thrive as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist.
With a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and before starting her own practice in 1996, Shari Botwin worked at the Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, specializing in treating trauma, abuse, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. She is also an author and podcaster and has offered commentary on a variety of national media outlets.
