What’s up, Warriors! I am coming at ya today with a short solo episode. As we are coming out of the cold winter and into the warmer days of spring, I feel this is a perfect time to talk about this season of renewal and growth.
I was thinking about it as like the F words of spring (anyone who knows me knows I love a good F word, but not those F words) to help you take action towards feeling better in your life.
In this episode, I am talking about doing a little spring cleaning of your mind. A few things to help shift our energy and change our daily habits, or maybe create some new ones in our lives, to help us feel more inspired, happier, and just have more fun.
